    Works well, useful vibrating alert
Update:After a few more runs, it’s not so great after all. On nearly every run, at about 1 mile, on nice flat paved surface, it shows a huge spike in HR, usually about 170, which lasts for a minute or two. Thereafter, it seems accurate. At my age (pensioner), a HR spiking 170 needs to be taken seriously but it turns out to be fiction, true HR is usually about 130-ish, as confirmed by recording concurrently on AW. Also confirmed by the fact that it happens before I’ve even hit the slightest gradient, and I feel no symptoms of exhaustion. I’ve experimented with upper arm, lower arm, facing out, facing in, adjusting tightness, makes no difference – I nearly always get that scary, but fictional, spike. I don’t think it’s cadence-lock, as shows HR climbing smoothly to 170, and dropping smoothly off again.I’m leaving my original favourable review below, and with five star rating as I do rather like it, it has some nice features, and the above glitch might not happen for everybody. And I’m keeping it too (not returning), for filing in my drawer of cute toys/gadgets. But for me, the search continues for a HR monitor that’s better than AW native.Original review:I’m an Apple Watch user, and a happy one. But a common fault is that Apple Watch sensor, like many wrist sensors, tends to be unreliable unless I wear it up near my elbow, which is uncomfortable and far from ideal. This device overcomes that problem perfectly, letting me wear the watch on my wrist. Took it on a 5 mile, 300ft run this morning, and all data proved realistic and credible. Far superior to a big brand chest-strap sensor that I tried.I really like the vibrating HR alert as I have a clinically diagnosed heart condition. I feel absolutely fine at high heart rates but, to keep my cardiologist happy, I try to keep an eye on it. I set the alert for 155 bpm and when it kicked in I simply relaxed my pace slightly, keeping an eye on the watch display, until HR subsided a bit. The Watch has its own HR alarms, but they are more subtle and easily missed.I also like that it has a physical on/off button. Much more reassuring than devices that claim to sense automatically. The charger is nice too, with a solid ‘click’ as the magnet attaches.Only thing I don’t like is I can’t get the watch to auto connect. It pairs automatically when switched on but I still need to go to watch settings to fully connect as a data source. I think that’s an Apple bug(/feature) though, and not Coospo’s fault.

Works well and is easy to set up
The bluetooth connection is good. The armband is flexible and comfortable to wear on either the upper arm or forearm. The HR seems to be accurate

    Great device
I recently started to exercise, a rowing machine every other day. I now know why somedays I need 2 days off to rest when my heart rate spikes over 160 bpm for a long period of time. It teaches me how to keep myself at rhythm during workout, know my limits and track my numbers and calories burnt. It is also an incentive to keep going to the gym as you always have goals to achieve in the next day. I have been using the device for long enough now to say it works really nice without issues connecting to rowing machine and wahoo app at the same time

    Great so far
The arm band is comfortable for long periods (forearm or bicep), haptic feedback from power button, very useful coloured indicators & great battery life. The Coospo app looks nice to use, connects easily, but this is where the good news ends. It seems to drop out (arm band still flashes away hapily) even with the phone close by. Using the phone for other things whilst connected (e.g. photo) is guaranteed to wipe any data you are collecting. <50% success rate capturing data even though each exercise starts to record well. The good news is that the 'Polar Beat' app connects seamlessly offers similar or better functionality. No problems yet. Great armband... maybe not the Coospo app.

    Stopped working after 1year
Worked great on my upper arm, used probably 20-25 tunes over the last 12 months, but has now stopped charging up and won’t switch on. Would like to send back for replacement but can’t seem to find details on Return now.

    Accurate and convenient
Really rate this…was sceptical as it is an optical sensor but not like a watch at all in terms of reading hr…..maybe a seconds lag but always accurate (tested against a cheststrap). Really convenient compared with a chest strap and great battery life (iv notched 7 hrs training and its not close to needing a recharge) doesnt work so well for boxing but great for all lifting including crossfit, running and cycling

    Working well
Previous HR monitor was a polar H10 chest strap. All I wanted was a monitor to link to my treadmill. You never got any feedback from the H10 when it wouldn’t connect or if the battery was low. Found myself scratching battery terminals, chaining battery’s etc when it wouldn’t connect or drop out mid exercise.I’ve only had this new Hr monitor a week and its work flawlessly. I just have to put it up my arm, press the button it lights up and vibrates to let me know it’s on. It’s not dropped out connected seamlessly and charges off usb. Also came with two straps. Can recommend!
