Looked great. Didn’t realise they’re melded together.
On closer inspection on the product photos, you can see joins but I actually thought I was buying two separate items and seeing as this was a better deal than buying just one, I decided to purchase two. I had to return when I realised, they couldn’t be separated.After all that and returning the items, I realised my old single one wasn’t broken either, I just had put the battery around the wrong way. ;-P

Doesnât work
Bought this product and placed a brand new battery inside, turned the dials and neither of the trays didnât open. I was in need of an auto feeder before the weekend so my cat wouldnât be without food, so I immediately started the return and ordered another item to arrive before the weekend. Tested the second product, and yet again, it didnât work even with a new battery.Iâd ordered another similar product on eBay and that also didnât work. These products are a big waste of time and money, invest in something more expensive to avoid the hassle.

Timer didn’t work
Put fresh battery in and the timer didn’t work. I tried another battery and still didn’t work. It sounded like the mechanism was ticking but the dials, which should eventually open the feeder, did not move at all. I left it overnight with the battery in and the dials had not moved.

Good for when you out all day and for early morning feed. Also when you are on holidays friends need only come once aday to feed it .

Time not accurate
Good size bowls, deep and like a normal cat bowl. No noise when it opens. No noise whilst timing too which was good so my cat wasn’t scared.Strong enough to not be moved by my cat. I think the timer opens 1 hour AFTER set time. At night 11pm I set both for 8 hours, so at 9am should of opened, it’s now 11.25am 1st opened(very late) but other 1 still hasn’t opened.I’m not confident this is good if your looking to feed ur pet for specific times because, it opens 3 hours or so later.I used brand new batteries so that’s not the problem.When the dial was on “0” and should have opened, I think the clock mechanism isn’t strong enough to fling it open, maybe that’s why it opens late.Disappointed in this purchase, luckily I have a sitter coming once a day to feed also.

Does not work.
Product doesn’t work, you set the timer it does not work. This is the second one I have tried and is clearly not for the use it is sold for.I have put put no stars had I had the option.
