I use this product for systemic candida. I can’t tell if it actually works because I am taking other anti-fungals for candida. But from the research I have done it is meant to combat candida over growth.

VERY SHORT USE BY DATE
I bought two bottles of these & was surprised that 60 small tablets barely covered the base of such a large plastic bottle. I have been taking them for over a month & have found they do nothing at all for my digestion/gut, so I will be going back to my usual probiotics. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED in them, especially at the SHORT USE-BY DATE which is this month (May). WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!
