My Omron bp7450 / bp7455 (same thing) fits perfectly in this case, which means its not sitting out on my table or counter. The semi hard case seems to offer great protection (I’m certainly not going to test it on purpose, but the case is well built and sturdy).
I really like that I can take readings without removing my monitor from this case because it allows the monitor to be stored with the arm band attached and the power cord plugged into the wall.

It fit my Omron 10 series blood pressure machine perfectly. A little snug, overall it fits. I like the embroidery on the case. It indicates a cuff with 120/80 blood pressure goal. Makes it easier to find. Quality is great! It’s strong.

I like the molded, felted insides of this case.
The unit fits perfectly. The cuff with its hose fits too.
My only complain is that it’s a little bit too tight. To have the adapter and user manual with it, I have to place everything perfectly as there’s no room left over.
If they just made it a bit bigger all around and a bit taller, everything would fit without having to force it closed.
But overall, it’s really nice. Much better than the soft zipper bag that came with the monitor.
I do recommend this for sure.
