easy to set up
I am not very tech savvy but still found it easy to pair this device not only to my car radio but also to my phone.
It allows me to answer calls which I would have had to pull over and stop, to take normally.
The sound quality is surprisingly decent.
I also like that it has a port for USB so you can play your own music, which is perfect for me as I have loads of albums on a memory stick.
That port also allows you to charge small devices or slow charging. Other ports are much faster.
It’s a great choice for a gift.

Charger excellent, genuine stereo sound too (unlike many others)
As this unit has several features, let’s tackle them one by one, starting with the charging ports.
The black USB-A port advertises itself as a Standard Downstream Port (SDP) which is a 5V 500mA supply. This port can be used for slow-charging or running a low-powered device, but its main purpose is for playing music from a USB memory stick.
The orange USB-A socket advertises itself to the connected device as:-
* A 5V 2.4A Apple charger
* A 5V 1.5A BC 1.2 Dedicated Charging Port (DCP)
* A 9V Samsung AFC charger
* A 5V or 9V Huawei fast charger (FCP)
* A 5V, 9V or 12V QC 2.0 charger
* A 12.06V QC 3.0 charger (this voltage depends on the incoming supply voltage)
The PD port on the front advertises itself to the connected device as:-

The ports all operate independently of each other. 5 volts on the black port, 9 volts on orange and 12 on PD, all at the same time? No problem.
Next, the FM transmitter. Note that unlike on many other Bluetooth-to-FM transmitters this is a stereo transmitter!
Tuning it in is easy enough, you can press the red button on the side to flash the FM frequency and twist the knob left or right to tune it up and down, or just leave it at the default. The frequency can be adjusted to between 87.5MHz and 108.0MHz. Tune your radio into this frequency and save it as a preset, job done. Some cars may keep jumping back to other another channel after a few seconds (a 2008 Toyota Yaris definitely does), you can try meddling with the TA and TP settings to stop it doing this, although you may then lose automatic traffic announcements. This is due to the design of the car radio rather than the hands-free kit.
USB playback. It’s happy to playback files in folders or in the root directory, of USB sticks. Twisting the knob left or right goes to the next or previous track, burrowing into folders automatically if necessary. Pushing the front face (which is a button) plays or pauses. A long press of the red button toggles between bluetooth audio and USB mode, but Bluetooth hands-free calling takes priority over both.
Bluetooth audio is straightforward to set up, just pair your phone to the device calling itself “T23” and you’re in. Pushing the front face will grab Siri’s attention.
The side button can be double-clicked to toggle between two different equalisation modes.
In summary: brilliant for charging lots of things at once, and good for adding USB or Bluetooth music playback (in stereo) to the simplest of car radios, it just needs to be able to pick up FM radio.

â Ce transmetteur FM Bluetooth est tout simplement parfait pour donner un coup de modernité à n’importe quelle voiture, surtout celles qui n’ont pas de Bluetooth intégré ! Le jumelage est ultra simple et rapide grâce au Bluetooth 5.4, la connexion est stable, et le son est d’une qualité vraiment impressionnante. Je ne m’attendais pas à ce niveau de basses et de clarté pour un adaptateur aussi compact !
â Le chargeur rapide est une vraie bénédiction. Avec ses 48W en PD et QC 3.0, il recharge mon téléphone bien plus vite que mes anciens chargeurs de voiture. C’est parfait pour rester chargé, surtout quand on utilise la navigation GPS. Etwas länger:
Gerade Oldtimer-/Youngtimerbesitzer kennen wahrscheinlich das Problem. Das Fahrzeug soll so originalgetreu wie möglich gehalten werden. Auch gerade um den Status des Fahrzeugs als Oldtimer zu er- oder behalten. Das führt zwangsläufig zum Ausschluss moderner Elektronik für den Musikgenuss. Hat man dieses Gerät, so lässt sich zum Beispiel ein Handy verbinden und Audiodateien über eine einstellbare Radiofrequenz mit dem eingebauten Originalradio angehört werden. Sogar als Freisprecheinrichtung lässt sich das so verwenden. Dabei sollte allerdings beachtet werden, dass auch benachbarte Radios die Gespräche mithören können.
Verwenden lässt sich das Produkt sehr einfach. Einstecken, Radiofrequenz wählen, Bluetooth verbinden, fertig. Die verbaute Voltanzeige ist nicht sehr genau und zeigte bei mir immer gute 0,4V zu wenig an. Das lässt einen erstmal erschrecken, da eine leere Batterie vermutet werden könnte. Schade. Diese Funktion ist somit leider unbrauchbar. Auch die schlabberige Drehradfunktion des äuÃeren Ringes, welche als Einstellrad für Radiofrequenz oder Steuerung der Lautstärke als auch zum Titelvor- oder rückregelung dient ist sehr empfindlich und mit zuvielen Funktionen belegt. Das führt zu gelegentlichen Fehlbedienungen.
Das Gerät besitzt zudem noch über Ladesteckplätze, welche auch Schnellladung ermöglichen. Das funktioniert toll und ist sehr nützlich. Ein Steckplatz dient als Abspielport für Audiodateien von einem USB-Stick, welcher laut Beschreibung 64GB Kapazität haben darf.
Alles in Allem finde ich das Gerät durch seinen Leistungsumfang und gleichzeitiger Kompaktheit durchaus empfehlenswert.
