This dashcam is a amazing bit of gear. The picture quality is great on the screen. And playback is great also. The reverse camera lead was to short to reach for my van. So emailed the company, and they are sending out an extension cable. Great service. Very easy to set up. Value point is good considering the quality. I would recommend this purchase

When swiched on by the ignition the mirror shows the forward looking view and to see the rear view the camera must be switched off. not what I was expecting.

So far I have only used the front facing camera which clips on to the rearview mirror. This is easy to use and adjust. The controls are on the touchscreen and the camera head can be moved up and down by hand. I would advise looking online for the instructions as they are more detailed than the booklet.

Hi azdome,I have the PG-17 model.. and the back camera is no longer showing, its only showing the front camera. What can you do to help? All the wiring seems intact, i need help as i cant use the mirror without rear view. So dependent on the camera, makes reversing harder without it.

Der digitale Rückspiegel ist schon generell eine groÃe Hilfe. Einziger Minuspukt ist die Rückkamera, weil sie leider nicht so hochauflösend wie die Frontkamera ist und das sie auch in der Dunkelheit sieht man nur helle Scheinwerfer hinter sich sonst nichts. Es überblendet einfach so sehr das man nur noch helles Licht sieht.Verbesserungsvorschläge an den Hersteller:Die Spiegel(Monitor)-Oberfläche generell matter machen, damit man tagsüber nicht auch noch das Spiegelbild der Umgebung sieht.Zum anderen für beide Kameras und für den Monitor separate Helligkeitseinstellungen. Und natürlich die Qualität der hinteren Kamera erhöhen.Man gibt bestimmt lieber mehr Geld für ein optimaleres Produkt aus, als das es zu billige Komponenten darin gibt, damit der Preis niedrig gehalten werden kann.
