Awesome matcha. Great taste, good energy, versatile
I’ve been searching for a tasty alternative to my morning coffee, as I’ve been getting tired of the huge peaks and valleys with my mood and energy throughout the day that comes with a heavy coffee habit. This tea has been a pleasant surprise! Not only does it taste great, but I’ve noticed a much more even and steady release of energy throughout my day, without any type of crashing.Beyond that, I’ve been able to use this tea in cooking, for things like cheesecakes and homemade ice cream!Overall I’m very happy with this Matcha, and I’ll definitely be buying more.

Good quality matcha!
This product did not disappoint. I made iced Matcha Latte with oat milk, a drizzle of syrup and whipped cream. It was delicious!

Each drink is made with 2 oz of water and is very good matcha tea
I am a regular green tea drinker and was impressed with quality of this Organic Ceremonial Matcha Powder. I have not drank as much green tea that is specifically matcha, so I was surprised it is made with only 2 oz of water.Be sure to follow the directions since green tea made with boiling water becomes bitter. The instructions state to make with water at 175 degrees, below the boiling point. When you follow those directions, you end up with a very good, full-bodied matcha tea.I also like its container and the way its lid fits securely yet easily and also the way it was sealed with a pull-top seal to keep it fresh.I prefer the taste of tea made in Japan like this one compared to the more common tea made in China. Its price comes from the fact that it is organic and because it is ceremonial, which is usually a little more expensive than non-ceremonial tea.I would order this again and enjoyed drinking it a lot.

Makes a pretty nice cup of iced Matcha latte
I am no Matcha connoisseur but I did enjoy this drink. Being the amateur that I am, I had to use an egg beating whisk to whisk the matcha powder with the hot water. I donât know if using a âmatcha whiskâ would have made the matcha powder dissolve better, but when I poured it into the milk you could still see fine grains (no clumps). I didnât find that really noticeable while drinking but my wife did. In terms of taste, it tastes like all the Matcha ice creams and other desserts Iâve had. No complaints and it was fun to try. Now onto trying to find a good recipe to make a Boba Guys Strawberry Matcha drink.

Quality matcha
This matcha is ceremonial grade with the aroma and flavor I’ve come to expect. The tin is airtight and shields the tea from light which is best for storage. I prefer matcha for a caffeine boost because I don’t feel a crash after; in fact, I most often have decaf when I crave coffee instead. Matcha has a more subtle caffeine presence that I’ve come to enjoy.

higher quality with a price tag
I am a big green tea latte lover and I drink one iced latte almost every day. It can be very pricey when you drink outside, so I learned how to do it at home. I tried too many brands and it is hard to find something both tasty and affordable.I’ve been using the one on the left but I was not pleased with the taste although it is much affordable. I ordered Ayumi brand and I had an OMG moment. As you can see from the picture, it is much bright green and the taste is not even comparable: Ayumi is lack of the smell and easy to drink, no more sweeteners or syrups needed. It is a big relief to find my favorite matcha powder, but it comes with big price tag.If you can afford it, this is a high quality matcha tea.

Great for a hot or cold morning latte
I have read so many articles that say that drinking green tea and matcha are good for your health so I make sure I include it in my diet. I love that this matcha is harvested in Japan and is organic. This matcha had a vibrant green color and had that grassy earthy taste to it. It blended well with hot water when I whisked it. It did not leave any clumps and was smooth in my cup. I enjoyed it by adding Coconut milk and a tablespoon of tahini to my matcha with a sugar cube to take away some of the intense flavor of it. After drinking it the tea gave me a much needed energy boost.
