Useful and probably essential for reversing camera
This made the fitting of an Autovox reversing camera neater and simpler. I believe it should be part of the basic package. It was advised by the customer support who, as always, were extremely helpful.

Good Extension cable
After reading some misleading reviews on this, I decided to go ahead. This most definitely is an extension cable, which I used on my Autovox V5 Pro. It connects directly to the power lead from the fuse box, in between the supplied cable to the rear, effectively extending it by 3 metres and keeps the reverse line switch in the rear of the van where it is needed. I used it on a MK8 Ford Transit L3, H3 where i mounted the camera on the bottom left hand door. The cable is a bit thin compared to the main cable supplied, but equal to the cable on the reverse camera, ran it through some flexible conduit and all is well.

Great extension
I recently purchased a Road Angel Halo Pro for my MWB Mercedes Sprinter. The cables that came with the dash cam weren’t long enough to reach the back door. This cable connects perfectly to the rear camera with extra cable so now it can be routed through the rubber tubing between the body and rear door and positioned high un in the rear window that have been fitted. The picture is great and quality of the lead great too.
