Good help
This robot is fairly good. Good enough for cleaning big windows and mirrors. Not useful for small windows and, also I find out is not useful for horizontal furnitures, like glass tables. The advert is multipurpose surfaces, I’m not agreeing with it

Great gadget bought as a gift
This was bought to help an elderly relative to do window cleaning at home. It misses the 4 corners slightly due to the shape of the mop heads but itâs not that noticeable. We cleaned the inside of the main windows easily and without any effort. Some windows needed a double clean but this was due to the fairly dirty windows that had not been cleaned for a while. It took a few windows to get used to how it worked but now itâs been used a few times, it is really easy to use. The suction is very good and it doesnât detach until you physically turn it off and remove it. I am now looking to get 1 for myself, itâs so easy and effortless.
There are loads of replacement mop heads, which we needed doing the 1st clean as the windows were dirty and they needed changing every 2nd window but Iâm sure they will cover more area now the windows will get cleaned regularly.
Iâm sure this will become like the robot vacuum cleaners, it will become normal and frees up time to do other things.

Unfortunately had to return it
I only used it indoors and it did a lovely job on two windows. Then on the next window, when voice message said âcleaning complete, long press the buttonâ I long pressed the button and robot kept going around in circles. After several stop/starts I disconnected it from power. It then flashed red and I removed it from the window, placing it on the floor. For the next half hour I had to listen to a robotic voice saying âput the robot in a safe placeâ. A shameâ¦because it was great while it worked, even if it was a bit noisy!
Returned for a refund.

Does the job
Living in a first floor flat with unaccessible windows, this is brilliant. Was a bit nervous to start but it really sticks hard to the windows, does a good job cleaning them and I’ve now been able to clean windows I just couldn’t before. Is it as good as an actual window cleaner? No of course not, but it effectively cleans the windows to the point I am very satisfied. Reading the other comments about it stopping after cleaning a couple windows, this also happened, but a change of the pads and it kept going no problem, that’s the issue, the pads were too saturated. Would definitely recommend.

Robot window cleaner
There’s so much here you just want to love, after all who likes washing windows so this seems like the answer to your prays. At £179.99 you expect this robot to be the answer. But, unfortunately its not the complete solution. The basic idea is great, you pop the robot onto your window and off it goes cleaning the whole window, using a remote control and/or app to control it saving you time and effort. The AI intelligently controls the robot to clean the whole window. You put approx 70 mls of water in the robot which is sprayed left and right from the robot onto the window. The amount of water sprayed is not very much, there is a fine balance between enough water to effectively clean the windows and to much water which will affect the robot’s suction to the window. Whilst the robot does navigate around the whole window, with such a small amount of water if your windows are quite dirty, it will take 3 or 4 times before they really clean – don’t be tempted to spray your windows with a lot of water and/or cleaner first as this will make the pads on the robot very wet which may result in the robot losing suction. I also found that although it does detect the edges of the windows, the corners and bits of the edges were missed (round pads don’t go into corners). The suction power of this robot is ok and you get a safety rope so if it should fall off the window, it will only drop the length of the safety rope. The robot is a huge advantage for cleaning the outside of windows without needing to go up an ladders to clean them manually.
