Good for overactive cats and kittens.
Bought for cats, who absolutely enjoy it. Very quick and easy to setup. My only real complaint is a little noisy. Usually, I leave cats to play with it, in the other room anyway, so no biggie!

The cats adore it.
This is an absolute boon for people without too much energy to play with their cat or with high energy cat.Once set up you can either use the constant mode or use the included remote to make it move.It’s rechargeable and I do that overnight as I do not think they should be left with it running unsupervised.They were excited so much when it was charging they kept going up to it as were impatient to use it again.Even my shy cat plays with it. It is impossible for them to ignore it’s like a greyhounds rabbit running along that they really want to chase.Sometimes they catch it and the string stops but then they realise they must let go or the game is over.It has the one issue you need to be careful of. It is a trip wire. So put it somewhere in low traffic or maybe mark the area somehow that you remember to look down!I love this toy the cats for once are tired at night and they seem very relaxed especially the shy one who normally never gets to play as the dominant one always gets the cat wand or other. This toy is so big they both can use it together.

Good fun with a couple of drawbacks
My cats are 5 years old and they do go out – so they are not indoor cats which I am aware is the ideal target market for this device. Nonetheless I’m always keen to entertain them and was more than happy to set this up and try it out with them.It works by setting a course of string which runs through the motorised runner, plus three other pulleys. You get some small suction devices to hold these to the floor or you can attach them to chair/table legs etc. You can make the course several feet between pulleys but I found it works best with no more than about 4ft per run.The cats were intrigued by it. They threw out the odd paw but didn’t do any chasing. The remote is a nice addition to control the speed and direction. My only real negative is the quite loud click you get every time the toy passes one of the pulleys which initially scared the cats. They did get used to it. Its not a cheap toy but if your cats are purely indoor I’d give it a go as something different

This item was supplied to me free of charge through Amazonâs Vine program; however, this in no way influences my review, all items I request are products that I have a use for or will use and the reviews I then submit are intended to be both impartial and informative for potential purchasers.Easy to set up and get running but sadly the cat is just not interested, the dog was but thats too much carnage.The motor is not silent as claimed, it does produce a bit of noise that may put off some cats which seems to have been what a few other reviews have pointed out but it wasnt an issue with ours. I wouldnt say its that loud but i can understand it putting some off.Works really well as a system but ours just stared at the lures going round and didnt take the bait so to speak. That is not the fault of the item so have given it 4 stars with 1 star removed for the motor noise.

The instructions that came with this arenât very good, I used the picture on Amazon page to work out how to fit it together as the instructions were a waste of time to me. It requires you the customer to put it together (except the mechanical plastic moulded parts) partly because itâs adaptable to whatever layout you have and has to fit around your chairs and table legs in the way your furniture is placed, and partly I felt, because itâs not very good quality. It was a yarn of string supplied, and that has to be tied together around each clip and the Velcro ties that come are all stuck together and looks like one Velcro tie at first and it says nothing in the instructions about it so itâs all work it out for yourself which most people will eventually but it would be good to have clearer instructions especially as the whole thing needs putting together by the customer.The motor makes quite a lot of noise but the chirping noise of the mouse on top of it is good enough to excite my cats into playing with it.One of my cats snapped the string within 5 minutes of playing with it so I had to put it together again. Also I found on a few occasions the toys bunch up together too much and donât get fed through the plastic clips very easily and the machine sounds like itâs going to pack up when this happens and my cats seem to get worried as well, start meowing and walk off.I also found it a bit dangerous as one cat got its claw stuck in the string and I had to stop the machine as it was wrapped around her paw and she was panicking as it was getting tighter as he machine went on. So I wonât let them play with it unattended in case it gets around their neck as they do like laying down right on or near it especially when they catch one of the toys or âmiceâ.It also takes up a lot of room and makes true room look a mess as it ties to your furniture and could be safety hazard for the humans stepping over it all.The remote control doesnât work either, I did remove the plastic battery seal that has to be removed to enable it to work.The other thing I donât like is the price. I find it far too high at £69.99. For a string and the usual toys you get that you can pick up individually from anywhere, one is just left for you to work out how to fix with an elastic band and the others have a stretchy string to wrap a knot around the circuit of string you make. If they made it themselves somehow before sending it out, maybe out of a plastic string circuit rather than household string that cuts out automatically if something over a certain weight pulls at it then it would be safer and worth more, maybe £40 maximum then.The 3 stars is for how much both of my cats have been entertained by it, but this isnât unusual when I get a new toy for them, this is the most expensive by far and when thereâs quite a few negative surprises I canât really recommend it personally.l but the cats do enjoy it as much as any toy theyâve had.

This is a decent little toy that the cats have been enjoying now for a little while. It gets them moving and as they’re indoor cats mostly they need all the exercise they can get!Bit on the noisier side but you get used to it. What you don’t get used to is a cat misjudging a jump at it and ending up in your face at 20mph :)Good bit of fun though for them it seems, hope it continues.

Normalerweise schreibe ich keine Bewertungen. Aber bei diesem Katzenspielzeug muss ich mal was sagen.Absolut top das beliebteste Spielzeug das ich bis her gekauft habe. Wenn’s nach meinen Katzen gehen würde, würde des rund um die Uhr laufen. Sogar die faulen Katzen spielen damit.Ãfters holen mich die Katzen damit ich das Gerät wieder einschalten( geht nach 15 min aus).Das Theater das es gibt wenn man laden muss ( ca 5 stunden Dauerbetrieb).Die Fernbedienung benutzte ich eigendlich nicht weil das Standart Programm aufregend genug ist.Ein Gummiband ging leider nach einer Woche schon kaputt, aber hab dann ohne Probleme 3 Ersatzgummis nach gesendet bekommen.Also mein Fazit, der Preis war es auf jeden fall wert.Seit 6 Wochen fast im Dauerbetrieb und ist immer noch nicht langweilig.

My cat is very active and I have long searched for toys that can tire her. This is by far the best one I’ve bought.The speed is adjustable, the package comes with a thread cone and you can choose if you want the toy to make a squeaky sound or not. If you let the toy on the lowest speed I think there’s less chance for the cat to get injured. Sometimes my cat grabs the toy and she doesn’t let go but the toy is not strong enough to pull her or to hurt her. So far she had no injuries and I had no problem with this toy.

Der Lieferumfang wie beschrieben.Ja ich habe es erst vor kurzem bekommen und möchte es noch weiter testen bzw. anders positioniert laufen lassen.Aber zum ersten Eindruck:PRO-Interesse der Katzen ist da-Aufbau war theoretisch einfach-Qualität ist gut-Spielzeug kann man ohne Probleme dranhängen (Bild)NOS-Anleitung ist so “naja”, viele Ãbersetzungsfehler.-Die Noppen die man unter den Kleinen Geräten befestigt (Bild) halten nicht gut bis garnicht, daher habe mich irgendwie mit anderen Gegenstände beholfenð- eher ein persönliches Ding, es gibt keine Anleitungsvideos im Internet ð , da ich mir nicht sicher war, wie viel Faden man verwenden kann bzw. sollte.FAZITIch denke mit weniger Faden wäre vielleicht besser, wenn nicht, dann sollte man es nicht wie ich machen, weil im “Kreis” sich das bestimmt viel besser bewegt, als mit zu vielen Ecken, da man nur 3 zusätzliche “Halterungen” hat.Aber ich habe mir das schon ewig gewünscht und war froh das es endlich auf Amazon zum bestellen da war!
