This is the first foam wedge that I have purchased and while on first opening it was larger than I had anticipated it is certainly extremely lightweight. When measured up it is slightly narrower than my pillow and fits nicely on my side of our king-size double bed. I tried it for the first time last night and used a relatively squashy pillow at the thick end of the wedge to support my head and neck. I was surprised by just how comfortable this arrangement was; the wedge is firm enough to offer support, yet pliable enough to give comfort. I had a really good night’s sleep and have only a little stiffness in my upper back this morning, which I think is to be expected with a new pillow arrangement. Not only did I not experience any episodes of reflux during the night I also woke up hungry, which rarely happens, so am now wondering whether sleeping in a raised position also improved the speed of my digestion.I agree with a previous reviewer in that differently-coloured cover options would be nice, as the blue doesn’t work with my bedroom décor, though I do appreciate that this is meant to be a physical aid rather than a decorative accessory. Ideally this would be used as a mattress tilter, however when I tried that it caused so much of a slant on my husband’s side of the bed that he was likely to end up on the floor! The foam wedge was also really comfortable to use sitting up. All in all I would say that this is an excellent product at an extraordinarily good price. I can see why this is a Best Seller and can highly recommend.

Works well but STINKS
This wedge is surprisingly lightweight but very strong. It is very hard so I have used it under the mattress which seems to work well for me. However, on opening the packaging there was a really strong chemical smell which I thought would dissipate throughout the day, as it was left unwrapped and I used it that night. However, I woke up having real problems breathing because of the chemical smell which appeared to have filled the room. So it went outside in the garden to be aired for 24 hours and now it is fine, no smell at all. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the smell and I would have returned it if the smell hadn’t gone but thankfully it aired well.The only other thing I would add is that if you have a double bed you would really need 2 of these.

It’s way too big and too hard to be practical as a pillow but is handy to lean against when sat up, wouldn’t buy it again though thwe cover is nice and cottony and I bought the spare covers to put on my other smaller wedge pillows as they’d only had white flimsy material covers.

Really pleased with this – would wholly recommend
Really comfortable and so pleased with this. I took a long time to choose a wedge pillow (for reflux) and read several reviews of many types. In the end I went for this due to it’s reasonable price, removable cover and fact that it’s sold through Amazon.I needn’t of worried – I’ve not found it “rock hard” or in any way uncomfortable as some reviewers have stated. In fact although I don’t need it every night it’s so comfortable that I sometimes prefer to use it even when I’ve not eaten later than the recommended minimum 3 hours. Also it has no offensive smell and being sensitive to smells I was concerned with some reviews of wedges which mentioned strong smells. It’s also a great size – not too wide, or narrow for me and the right height for a comfortable night. I just hope that when the time comes to replace it with a new one (hopefully several years down the line) it will still be widely available.Update – after using it for a week or so started to develop backache. Thought it was linked – particularly when sleeping on my side as wedge pillows can cause a misalignment of the spine in this position. Since then only used it for the nights where I haven’t left sufficient time after eating before going to bed so only once or twice a week and backache is better.

Ses dimensions peuvent paraître imposantes, mais c’est aussi cela qui fait qu’on est bien assis.- Bien sûr, il faut le mettre à l’air (au soleil ça va plus vite) pour évacuer le gaz (ce gaz dont l’odeur désagréable est aussi toxique), mais c’est le problème de tous les produits en mousse, emballés aussitôt fabriqués, donc non assainis : ça prend au moins 8 jours pour être tranquille : vu que ce problème n’est pas particulier à ce coussin , je mets 5 étoiles.

Il prodotto è perfetto, materiale buonissimo, accompagna la postura della schiena in modo corretto facendo sentire comoda la persona. Con questo prodotto, per poter guardare la televisione mia madre non ha bisogno di altro supporto se non di un solo cuscino che le tiene la testa un po’ più alta. Consigliatissimo! Unica pecca è il prezzo costoso di una seconda federa, in caso si volesse il ricambio, (acquisto che non abbiamo fatto). Buona giornata
