Manage all your report and get AI analysis through Client Livenpace which works with Windows and macOS.
Please download the software Livenpace for MacOS & Windows and install the software, connect the device to your PC or laptop with the power/data cable, and run the software. It will automatically connect to the device and synchronize time.
Recharge the HHM1 device
Charge this device with the USB clip directly to your computer or with a DC 5V,1A adapter for 2-3 hours. The LED indicator shows orange light during the recharge, when the recharge is accomplished, the LED indicator will turn to green color. (Note: The power adaptor is not included in the package)

HHM1 is intended only for general wellness use, Livenpace AI analysis system supports the analysis of 17 types of events. You will need to subscribe to get the AI analysis report, but the client Livenpace is free to use, it does not require a monthly subscription fee.
Put on HHM1 device
Attach the device to the chest strap. Moisturize the skin with water or water-based lotion on the contact area, and put the device across the front of the chest just below your pectoral (chest) muscles. Adjust the strap so that it wraps around tightly yet comfortably. The device will automatically stop recording and enter standby mode one minute after it is taken off. Please do not use the device during exercise.
Attach HHM1 device
Remove the body hair and moisturize the skin of the contact area. Apply the device to the left chest. The “R” symbol is rightward, and the other end is leftward and 45° lower than the horizontal level.

GOOD PRODUCT AND RESPONSIVE TECHNICAL SUPPORT
The monitor and software work as advertised. The software is easy to use. I find that the AI Analysis is accomplished quicker than the 30 minutes predicted by the software. The reports generated by the AI analysis are comprehensive. I wanted to purchase an additional chest strap so I corresponded with Livenpace Tech Support to get purchase information. Their response was timely and effective. Apparently chest straps are not yet available for purchase so they sent me one free of charge.

Cannot Read Data – No Tech Support
Purchased device five months ago and it worked fine. I was then able to record a number of EKGs overnight and then download, review, and have them analyzed. I charged the device yesterday and it apparently did successfully record a nights worth of data. Unfortunately, software will just not recognize device (even with latest version) so cannot access recorded data. Windows explorer only sometimes sees device and even on rare occasions will show data files but mostly computer either crashes or locks up with CPU at high load and temperature – a reboot is necessary to recover. I believe all this can be resolved but there is no effective customer support, no telephone number, and even the email address for support is well hidden. No effective technical support is not acceptable, renders a $300, otherwise excellent device, worthless, and makes it a waste of money.I tried again (August, 2024) to get support. Only way to contact them is via a well-hidden email address. I sent a detailed email clearly describing the problem and included ten bullet points describing the steps I took to resolve it. I also included a copy of the Amazon receipt and a picture of the rear of the device clearly showing the serial number etc. They did respond stating “Could you please tell us your order ID here first? Could you please provide us with a video here to show us the situation of your case?” They already received a copy of the Amazon invoice, so I have no clue what else the “order ID” could be. A video would take hours to take to show all the trouble shooting, uninstalls (including registry deletions), reinstalls, etc. It is obvious to me there is no intention of supporting this $300 truly useless device now. This really is frustrating because this is otherwise a very well-designed product that will now not work on three independent window computers.

Best Technical Support I have on any Product Ever
The device works very well. Does an excellent job of analyzing the data and giving you a break down what heart arrhythmia it determined from the EKG ie PAC, PVC, A-fib etc. Easy to wear and download data. However, after 10 months the device stopped working and it was still under warranty. The company worked with me on possible issues by E mail. Initially we thought it was a the cable, so they sent a new one. That was not it. Eventually they just sent me a new device without me even asking for it. The issue was resolved to my complete satisfaction in less that one week. That type of quick on line support is pretty unique in this day and age. Well done!!!

Impressed with this device
This is a real review and not part of some promotion or anything like the other reviews. I originally ordered the other version of this which the same company makes but goes by âWellueâ. That one arrived defective and wouldnât even charge. I sent it back and then ordered this one with skepticism. After letting it charge for a couple of hours it was ready to go. Before wearing it, I downloaded the software on my computer and it was very easy. I have a Mac so I did not have to use the included thumb drive. There were no issues with downloading it. I plugged in the device and it recognized it within a few seconds. Make sure you plug it in before use because apparently this is how it synchs the correct time to the device through the software. Itâs very easy to use with only the two electrodes, just make sure you put them in the right spots. During the night it was not in the way and very comfortable to wear. The next morning, I fully expected to have some technical issues while trying to upload the data using the software. Surprisingly, I simply plugged in the device, and within a few seconds the software to recognized it and I then clicked import. I was able to see the file and import the data in a few seconds. know how to read ECGâs, so I first went through several pages of the report myself before submitting for the AI analysis. I then sent for analysis which requires you to create an account. You then receive notification (says up to 30 minutes but it took less than that)that the analysis is ready and it gives you a very nice report almost exactly like the report you would receive from the doctors office. It shows your minimum and maximum heart rate, How many times it might have been in a specific rhythm, if any, and if any of those rhythms are present, it shows you exactly where on the ECG that rhythm took place. For me, I just had a few PVCs, which is nothing to worry about, but it was nice to see that the system recognize them and summarize it on the report for me. Giving 4 stars because the directions are not great for how to use the software, but if youâre tech savvy it wonât be hard to figure out. Also the electrodes that come with this irritate my skin a lot more than others Iâve had. I ordered some others that I hope are better. Overall a great device and glad I have this as an option to keep an eye on my health.

Does the job!
I am a retired MD. I recently had a 14 day EKG monitoring during which I was asymptomatic. As soon as I mailed the monitor in for analysis, I started having palpitations several times a week just like I was having before the 14 days. So I investigated what was out there for me to use when I had symptoms and found this device. I didn’t find any competitors. I bought it and found that it does an excellent job of recording and then analyzing heart rhythms. I did have to use the electrodes to get good results as the chest band didn’t seem to work well for me. I see in other reviews that it has worked well for others. Maybe I was not using it properly. As far as long term reliability, time will tell. For now I am very happy with this device.
