Save money but hygiene is important
I spent a fortune on tooth guards, I know there cheap.. they still do the same thing aslong has you look after them, saved a fortune.. keep them hygiene clean ð I always look after my teeth

Don’t try and use for whitening
Very cheap thin plastic. Once heated very floppy. You can mould to teeth but not tight enough to ensure that whitening produce stays on teeth for any length of time. For whitening product to work effectively there can be no ingress of saliva which is impossible for these to prevent due to there make up. As soon any saliva mixes with whitening it reduces its effectiveness massively and there’s no way these type of guards can stop this from happening. Do not waste your money and invest in proper made to fit retainers.

The trays were very cheap, but unfortunately, they are very difficult to mold (don’t hold their shape) so not very good for keeping the whitening gel in place.

No instructions, however does the job
The fact this comes with no instructions is frustrating, however, there are videos on YouTube to show you how. Be careful they don’t fold over too much when heating else they are tricky to mold.

Leider ist in den Abbildungen 2 groÃe (man meint sie reichen bis zu den Backenzähnen) und 2 kleine (Standard GröÃe, würde ich sagen). Leider musste ich feststellen, das die groÃen eher der Standard GröÃe zugeordnet werden können und die kleinen als wenn die groÃen abgeschnitten wurden. Schade, denn Material und die Anleitung wie man sein Gebissabdruck bekommt, ist alles easy.
