Disappointing Experience with Misleading Product Description and Poor Quality
purchased this diffuser with high hopes, as it advertised a 300 ml capacity which seemed perfect for my needs. However, upon receiving and using it, I quickly discovered that it only holds 200 ml, which was the first red flag.This misleading advertisement was incredibly frustrating.The product description clearly states a 300 ml capacity, but in reality, it can only hold 200 ml.This discrepancy is not just a minor issue; it completely affects the usability of the diffuser, as I have to refill it more frequently than expected.To make matters worse, the diffuser stopped working after just 4 weeks of use. It began malfunctioning, and eventually, it wouldn’t turn on at all. Given the price, I expected much better quality and durability. This is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to last longer and provide consistent performance.The most upsetting part of this whole experience was dealing with the return process on Amazon. since it stop working after 30 days nad there is no way to return the faulty product.The seller Customer service was none existing and there is no way to get a refund or a replacement.Overall, this diffuser has been a huge disappointment. The misleading capacity, poor build quality, and the frustrating return experience have left me extremely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and accurately described diffuser.

This is good but..
Good defuser, does the job but loses a star as the plug plugs in underneath the device which makes it super awkward to plug in without spilling water, the mist is quite fierce and itâs very loud! Not subtle at all. The light is nice and bright. The remote control does not work. Iâd give it 3.5 starts if I could.

This is a lovely, remote control is easy to work, the lighting is lovely and it comes with 2 brightnesses on all the colours, the Mist is very suttle but you can also control how heavy you want it and how much, the smell is very good and strong, the size is good iswel it can fit anywhere.

A bit Fiddly
It’s lovely when lit up with the colour changes but is fiddly to set and switches off when the water in the humidifier dries up so I wake up in the dark. Also the remote doesn’t work unless I am right next to it!
