Invalid blood pressure and sugar results
I bought this watch primarily to monitor my blood pressure contiguously. I compared the results to a cuff and a upper arm traditional blood pressure monitors. These two devices agreed with each other for myself and my wife. I have slightly high blood pressure and my wife has slightly low blood pressure. The watch gave the same blood pressure measurements for both my wife and they were not in agreement with the two two traditional blood pressure measurement devices. The watch appeared to give what you would expect for normal blood pressure readings. There was no noticeable variation throughout the day or any correlation with activities which would alter the blood pressure. Also the difference between the two readings was always the same. My conclusion is that the watch presented fabricated blood pressure readings for a normal person and did not actually measure the blood pressure.I tried to validate the blood sugar readings by comparing the results with a standard blood sample method. At first, it appeared to be correct. However, the pattern of readings for each day were identical. So I became suspicious. So I checked with sugar spikes. The watch showed none, but the blood tests did. I checked the results with someone who is diabetic. The watch gave the same results as myself, 7 and he was actually 14. So I concluded that the results presented by the watch are fabricated and show what a normal blood sugar pattern is likely to be and not actual readings.I tried to validate the sleep patterns. I compared them with another health watch, which appeared to give what I expected from my nights sleep. The watch was totally random, bearing no resemblance to my actual sleep patterns.There are some impressive features in the watch, which would be fantastic if they were valid. But, unfortunately, as the three basic measurements that I tried to validate, were totally incorrect, then the rest are most probably invalid.Another problem was that the watch kept losing connection with the app on my phone. The only way I could get it to reconnect was to restart my phone. There wasn’t any connection problems with another watch that I was testing.Please be aware that this is a generic Chinese watch that appears under numerous brand names and suppliers. They use the same photos and advertising blurb. So I suspect they all have the same problems.Therefore, I can’t recommend this watch for it’s intended purpos.

This is a nice looking watch but I found some of the data collected to be very inaccurate – especially the sleep data. I also don’t understand how it can do blood analysis without taking a sample!Too expensive for what it is!

This smartwatch looks nice and the display is bright and easy to read. It connects quite easy with my phone using the app. There are many function that comes with this watch, although I have only really used the basic ones which I found to work rather well.

Potentially Misleading -please donât rely on accuracy
I returned this watch because of fundamental misleading discrepancies. Tells time and captures steps ok. However it recorded my blood pressure as a normal120/80 or +/- 1 constantly. Crucially for people with diabetes it recorded practically the same 3 phase wave of glucose rises, always starting at the same time with minor variations. This happened irrespective of when I ate or exercised. When I cross-checked the glucose and cholesterol with a calibrated blood test machine, there was a significant discrepancy. Similarily with the sleep monitor and body composition (using my local gym Tanita machine to cross check). Itâs almost as if the device is preprogrammed to generate normal results on these dimensions irrespective of a personâs actual levels. The watch strap looked good but started chaffing. Heart rate, ecg, oxygen saturation looked accurate. However because of the grossly misleading readings on at least 3 dimensions, I could not rely on the watch to accurately reflect any readings across the board. Please donât use this if your health depends upon it.
