Say Goodbye to Tired Legs: A Nurse’s Review of Graduated Copper Compression Socks
As a home health nurse in Florida, I spend most of my day driving between patients, clocking over 100 miles daily. That means a lot of time sitting in the car, but also a lot of time on my feet in and out of patients’ homes. I’m in my 40s and have been a nurse for 17 years, so I know the importance of good circulation and taking care of my legs. These Graduated Copper Compression Socks have been an absolute game-changer!Comfort is Key:I wear these socks for 12+ hours a day, often keeping them on until bedtime. Even in the Florida humidity, they’re surprisingly breathable and not hot at all. They’re incredibly comfortable, and I can honestly say my legs feel fresh and energized all day long. I even wear them when I’m running errands or know I’ll be on my feet for a while. The difference is noticeable when I don’t wear them â my legs feel heavier and more tired by the end of the day.I wear these socks for 12+ hours a day, often keeping them on until bedtime. The difference is noticeable when I don’t wear them â my legs feel heavier and more tired by the end of the day.Durability and Performance:I’ve had these socks for a while now, and they’ve held up well to repeated machine washing and low-heat drying. The compression is still fantastic, which is a huge plus. The only sign of wear is some slight thinning on the heels, which is understandable given how much I wear them.A Note of Caution:Recently, I’ve developed some contact dermatitis on my shins and behind my knees. I suspect it might be due to the nylon in my older socks becoming threadbare and irritating my skin. I’ve just purchased a new batch, so I’ll be monitoring the situation closely. If you have sensitive skin or experience any irritation, it might be worth considering socks made from alternative materials.Overall:Despite this recent issue, I still highly recommend these Graduated Copper Compression Socks to anyone who spends a lot of time on their feet. They’re comfortable, effective, and durable. Just be mindful of potential skin irritation if you wear them for extended periods, especially as the socks age.Pros: * Comfortable for all-day wear * Breathable, even in hot weather * Effective compression that lasts * Durable and holds up well to washingCons: * Slight wear on the heels after extended use * Potential for skin irritation with older socksWould I buy them again? Yes, but I’ll be keeping a close eye on my skin and exploring alternative materials if needed.

My wife and I both wear these compression sock and they work well, keeps my calves from cramping. They are not too tight but enough to seemly massage your calves as you walk.

Decent socks for the price. Sizing chart iffy. Basic boring white here lol…..
When I initially got these I was tempted to immediately send them back. They seemed too thin to offer any type of compression at all but I decided I should give them a try. I was having some ankle swelling and my doctor recommended some compression socks. I guess when you get older…if 54 is old…that can happen at times..sigh.I should also note I got the plain old white ones. No colors here lol just boring white.I was pretty surprised when they worked as well as they did. I wouldn’t say the compression is 15-20. My sil is a nurse and she gave me a pair of 15-20 while I waited for these to ship. These socks feel more like a 10. So if you have horrible swelling I don’t think these would be the socks for you. They seem to wear very well and wash up great. I am actually surprised at the quality of them. I didn’t expect it when I first took them out of the packaging.I usually wear cotton or a cotton blend sock. With these being a nylon sock I was concerned about my feet sweating and no absorption. As with any socks…not just these…I always put powder in my socks. I was extremely surprised, pleased and impressed to see these don’t make my feet sweat at all. HUGE plus.Sizing chart IMHO is a little bit wonky. I wear a women’s 11 in shoes. But I rarely wear women’s shoes. I tend to like men’s shoes better. I think they’re made better and they wear better. I never wear dress shoes or sandals…I’m a work boot and tennis shoe girl. And in a men’s shoe I wear a 9. This is the norm. A women’s shoe is 2 sizes bigger than a man’s size. I do not have a narrow or a wide foot. Just an average foot.IF you follow the size chart it says…. Size Chart – S/M ( Men 5-9 Women: 5-10), L/XL ( Men 10-13 Women 11-15.5<<<----and I copied this directly from their page. This is confusing because a women's 11 IS a men's 9 so I debated what size to order. I thought I ordered the L/XL but when they came they were S/M. I initially thought crap they'll be too small but honestly they fit perfectly. So if you are a women with a normal size 11 I would definitely recommend you order the s/m because if you order the l/xl it's going to be ginourmous on you.The only reason these got a 4 vs a 5 is as mentioned I feel the compression is slightly less than advertised and the slightly wonky sizing chart. I would definitely order them again and wish they offered a crew length option as I really don't need a sock that goes up to my knees. I refuse to wear them in public with shorts because I am not going to look like a dork. I have...if needing to run to town for something...pushed them down so they look more like a normal ankle/slouchy sock and they still work fine. It would just be easier if I didn't have to push all that material down...sigh.

Graduated compression socks
These socks came quickly. They were packaged well. The designs were what I was looking for in a cute graduated compression sock. They fit true to size and are very comfortable. I would order again. I recommend these socks.

Great value
Socks fit great. They are easy to put on while still providing decent compression. Like the colors. They seem to be made well and hopefully will hold up after washing.

Good enough that you will forget that you are searing them.
These support socks are comfortable. I find them so comfortable that I forget that I am wearing them. The fabric is soft and stretchy. The stretch piece for the leg is full length and does not risk slipping down the shin bone. I find that the compression is totally comfortable. The heel pad fits perfectly. The ratio between the heel pad and the toe box is ideal. If you want a splash of color in your wardrobe, these support socks are perfect for that.

Very tight toes
The toe area is as tight as the other parts of the sock – which means they pull up into the ends of my toes. The seam is quite stiff and pronounced. The compression is good. I wish they were made with a bit of a toe “pocket” like I have on other compression socks. Then they wouldn’t strangle my toes.

Great value!
I needed to get many pairs of compression socks for some swelling around my ankles. Iâm a music teacher so I canât sit with my feet up all day. I bought a very expensive pair of copperfit socks at a local drugstore. These are just as effective as the expensive pair. Theyâre more comfortable but just as supportive. Definitely a great value, because I get 8 pair for the price of one at the drugstore!!

Kathleen Charland –
Fit is inconsistent. some too small some too large. plus the fancy designs make some areas tighter than others, leaving the design indented in legs.
