Easy Assembly!
My 2yr old son absolutely loves this! It was simple to assemble as I did it myself no problem. It’s sturdy, and perfect for a young child..The appearance is just as pictured. I like that it is covered to help keep the sun off of him while he enjoys playing outside. The only thing I wish- was that it came with a few food pieces other than just the cups, pots/pans, ect. Overall, it definitely seems worth its value so far!

Took a little bit to put to assemble but when fone the grandkids were excited. Very sturdy, its appearance is just like in the ad. Didn’t take up a lot of space in my sons yard. No holes, nothing was warped. Its a great way for them to play out from the sunshine.

Bought for my Grandson for my deck. Easy for my son to put together for me. What was also great…he just recently took the tent part out and brought it indoors for the winter. My 15 month old grandson runs to it everytime he visits. I just bought play food and kinetic sand for indoor use. Year round fun.

I was more excited about it than my kids…
We have a 2 y.o. and 1 y.o. and initially they would play with the water feature and kinetic sand. A day or two later after adding the sand, it became apparent it was not a good idea having it right next to the water. I reallyyy wished that they had the sand holder further away from the water feature container. It’s not practical as is. My kids do not care for any other feature. I added toys, a rug, chairs, BBQ food, etc….they don’t care. Hopefully as they get older they will want to play with it more. The sink area is a challenge since there is a small hole in it that seems like it wasn’t intentionally placed. If we have water in it, it drips out. I do not recommend this, but we have not screwed any of the main components in and it’s quite stable. I’m surprised! We intend to leave out the screws for the water/sand (we put water in both now) segment so I can easily carry it and drain the water into the grass. Overall, I feel most kids 2+ should like this.

Very interesting “little castle”
It is easy to assemble, but two people best do it. If you choose to screw it in, it becomes solid and secure. I put it together in the backyard so the kids have another place to explore.

This is a typical high quality product from Step 2. Everything we have ever bought and used from them our children have loved and lasts forever. Our grandson prefers the sand and water box over the cooking, but if we pull our lawn chairs up to the bar he starts grilling right away! It did not come with play food so we bought a big box of it separately. The product is so easy to take care of, when he is finished and goes home to his parents I just put the cover on the sand and hose everything down and its ready for him next weekend.Just be aware if you have experienced putting kids play toys together this will be easy, but if you’re new it will take more time and follow the instructions carefully, although anyone can do it with ease. It took me about an hour being experienced, so plan your time accordingly. Also, the silver hooks that hang the towels and utensils don’t fit the predrilled holes, I had to drill out the holes a little bigger to make them fit. If you left the hooks off it is definitely no big deal and would probably make no difference to the child.Edit after 3 years: ITS A PITA TO BUY THE CANOPY WHEN IT WEARS OUT DUE TO LONG TERM USE AND WEATHER! It is not a standard replacement part on their website you have to call in and place the order manually like we’re living in the 1980s. It’s like the most ridiculous thing for the modern era of the internet and buying replacement parts online. If you look at all the questions asked on the web page it’s the one thing everybody wants is the canopy and it’s a stupid form letter that they post that doesn’t even make sense and then someone finally said oh you have to call in to buy it. Dumb dumb dumb. Get your act together and get in the modern era.

This is a fun outdoor play area with shade and fun water table area. My only issue is that the doors donât fit together and it leaves a large gap. I love that a wheel chair could get inside but not sure why they left the gap between the doors. It is clearly in the picture, so it was expected, but my 18 month old grandson doesnât like opening and closing the doors like he does with all his other toy sets with doors. Also, it does have a plastic piece along the bottom of the doorway for stability that he has tripped over multiple times. I am not sure how easy it would be for a child in a wheelchair to get through on their own. I could see a child using it as a âgarageâ for a Cozy coupe or equivalent, but again the base of the opening would prevent a child from driving in on their own. Also, the roof cannot be easily taken on and off in the event of bad weather/storms. Hoping in a high wind situation it does not get blown around and damaged. Also, I wish the play âsinkâ area also had a drain, as rain water pools in there and cannot be drained like the deeper water table/sand area. Overall, it is as advertised and my grandson plays with it, but it could be so much better. For my toddler, it requires close supervision on our patio due to the trip hazard since the doors are so far apart that he canât use them to catch himself.

Es fácil de armar, mi hijo la desarmo jugando y moviéndola asà que si necesitan que no se desmonte con facilidad pueden ponerle tornillos ya que el plástico no es tan grueso, puede ser para interiores inclusive para el cuarto de juegos.

We bought this for our daughter on Christmas. She had seen a display in the Toys-R-Us store and played with it there for a while. We could see that she absolutely loved it and decided to buy it for her. It’s a little on the expensive side but totally worth it. Our daughter loves her play kitchen/barbecue. This is one of the best Step 2 products, actually.

Das Warten hat sich gelohnt: erst einmal ein stolzer Preis, aber die Qualität ist sensationell: sehr stabil, keine scharfen Kanten, einfacher Zusammenbau und bleicht auch nicht in der Sonne aus. Wir haben das Häuschen jetzt ca ein halbes Jahr und es sieht noch immer aus wie neu- obwohl es nahezu täglich bespielt wird! Mit tollem Zubehör regt es zu immer neuen Rollenspielen an! Ob Grill, Waschbecken, Tisch oder Sand- und Wasserspielbereich- ideal für die Kleinen! Und das tolle: durch das Dach braucht man sich im Sommer auch keine Sorgen wegen Sonnenbrand und Co machen!Meine Tochter ist auf den bildern ca 1m groà und 3 Jahre alt- für sie hat es die optimale GröÃe. Ihr 9-jährige Bruder ist zu groÃ- ich würde sagen, das Spielhaus ist ideal für Kinder von 2-6 Jahren.

We are so glad we bought this as it is excellent and thanks to one of the reviews we bought some toy food which the kids love when cooking on the BBQ section . The quality and price is excellent along with the speed of delivery . Item said 2-3 weeks to receive , however arrived within a week . Fantastic service and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone
