I wanted a small Cookie Monster that talked and thatâs what I received. The batteries that came with it were a beat but all I did was swap them out with new ones and it was fine.He talks and shakes, heâs cuddly and soft but hard around the center.I am a little disappointed that the arms are not longer but itâs not a deal breaker for me. My granddaughter loves it and thatâs who it was for.It was packaged nicely in a box and it was delivered in a timely manner.The 4 star rating was because I felt that the arms should be 1 inch longer.Great for any kid or adult.

Cookie Monster is very cute (and less annoying than Tickle me Elmo, which my son used to favour). He sings a song after pressing his tummy a few times which always makes my son dance. Only criticism is his arm is a bit short to put the cookie in his mouth, as others have said, but my son puts other toys in his mouth and is happy to make Cookie eat lots of different things.
