converted for cage
As I wanted to use this to water my rabbit in his cage. I tested it, and found that the water did not go any higher than 1/2 an inch inside the drinking cup. So I used a hot knife to cut away the outside part of the cup, and along the top of the cup, and discarded this . Then with the hot knife, which I laid on to of the cup top edge, I slowly melted it down untill it fitted between the cage bars, which are 7/8 of an inch apart. By standing the unit on a plastic box outside the cage, and pushing the drink cup inside. My rabbit reaches up to drink , as it is 7″ to the top of the drink cup. This way he can’t make the water dirty, nor kick the bottle knocking it loose to leak, and no space is used up inside the cage. a perfect water feeder. Of course I could have sawn out one cage bar, and used the bottle uncut.

Not good at all
Sadly cat biscuits do not self dispense as the tray is emptied, the whiskas biscuits all get stuck in the upright container and it needs shaking to release the next portion of food. Totally unusable for what I needed it for. Also exceptionally tiny when arrived in size. Also under no circumstances could it be used for water ?????

Super small but useful.
I grabbed these at a bargain price, not realising quite how small they were. When used for water, you need to not press down the top fully or the water won’t top up. Using it for food (I use small cat biscuits) and once the tray is empty, I have to shake it for any more to come out so defeats the object a tad. Easy to use, easy to clean.

Does what it says
This little water dispenser works very well and at a good price. Holds quite a few days worth of water. A couple of things to watch out for: 1. It fills right up to the brim so spills over easily at the slightest knock or bump. I put it on a small tray with sides so water doesn’t end up on the floor. and 2. The second time I filled it up I accidentally put the long flap at the front instead of the back. It still filled up with water but by the next morning was nearly gone. Luckily my daughter spotted it and asked if it had evaporated. Knowing that was wrong I realised the water was being held back inside by the flap. So glad this happened before we went away for a night.

Nice product, and does what it’s supposed too!
I ordered three of these products. So when a small 8″ x 8″ x 4″ box arrived, I was a little concerned; had they only shipped one? But it was all due to the fact that each ssection has sloping sides, so the three water containers were ‘nestled’ inside one another. Ditto for the lower trays. In use, you simply fill the hopper, push the base on, and flip if over. There is some spillage as you flip, but due to the gap that allows water to flow to the bowl is only about 5mm deep, you don’t loose too much water. For use as a feeder, you place the hopper in the other way around such that a 10mm gap is present at the front.Once the little darlings get used to it(!), they should have water ‘on tap’ whenever they want it.One other ‘minor’ thing to mention. The plastic has a smalll amount of glitter dust within the resin. Don’t spend five minutes rinisng it under the tap to remove those ‘stubborn marks'(!!)Overall, a very nice product that does what’s required of it.

Cheap and useless
The food does not pour down as one would expect it to after the cat has started eating so the bottom tray bit just empty and the cat is left puzzled. Pretty useless i’d say and I’ve ended up throwing it away.

simple to use,
We had recently purchase a CATIT flower fountain for our Ragdoll. It was very fiddly to clean and the humming noise from motor was irritating, We bought the TRIXIE water container, It is brilliant, Easy to clean and change water. and it is silent and doesnt need to be sited to an electric socket. Ideal for one cat, would advise the bigger model for multi animal household.

Small and over priced
Smaller than I thought, the dish is flat so the biscuits don’t really dispense automatically, my cat pulls them out with her paw! Pointless waste of money really!

Sehr guter Wasserspender.
