I have six Tupufspom Pomeranians that each get brushed at least once per week. Being long hair, fluffer poms, add in summer heatwave, and they shed more than usual. This brush is well designed, great quality, easy to use, and extremely easy to remove the brushed hair.Brush, brush, brush, click… the high durability metal bristles retract into unit, and wipe clean the hair layer. Click back out and ready to brush again. I now brush all six is less than Half usual time… and able to do more brush strokes. All six instantly like this brush on the first brush stoke. Each give it a four paws up rating!

Our lakeland terrier casts short hairs which get everywhere, this brush catches loads of them, surprisingly so as we didn’t realise how much would actually come out of her.Easy to use, easy to clean, dog actually enjoys it too.

Review of pink “dog self cleaning slicker brush for shedding”This is a great idea, I wish they made ladies’ hairbrushes with this feature (my daughter has long hair and it would be much easier to clean her brush if it had retractable bristles!)Simply push the pink button down to reveal the bristles – then slide the black button across to lock it in place. Brush your pet as needed, then reverse the process so the bristles retract – this leaves clumps of hair which can be easily wiped off and discarded. This makes the grooming process so much quicker.The metal bristles are each tipped with a plastic white blob and comfortable to use – my video demonstrates running my thumb over them and it didn’t hurt at all.

Meine Bewertung wird dadurch jedoch nicht beeinflusst.Die Bürste kommt in einer kleinen, gute bebilderten Verpackung an, ohne nochmals gesondert geschützt zu sein. Das braucht sie aber auch nicht da der Verpackungskarton ausreichend groà dimensioniert ist.Optik und HaptikDie Bürste selbst weiÃt eine Länge von 17,5 cm inklusive Griff auf, der eigentliche Bürstenkopf eine Breite von 11 cm und eine Höhe von 7 cm und eine Dicke von 2,5 cm.Der Griff selbst hat eine Länge von 15 cm und eine Breite von 2,5 cm.Auf dem Griff Rücken befindet sich ein kleiner, daumengroÃer Schieberegler, mit dem man durch Hochschieben die Drahtborsten aus der Bürste heraus- und wieder hineinschieben kann.Das hat den Vorteil, dass sich in den Borsten befindliche Haare auf diese Weise automatisch lösen und entsorgt werden können, ohne komplizierte Reinigung. Das funktioniert auch sehr gut.Die Metallborsten kommen bis auf eine Länge von 1 cm aus den Bürstenkopf heraus und sind an den Enden durch kleine Kunststoffüberzüge geschützt, so dass sie die Haut nicht verletzen können.Die Haptik des Griffs ist ausreichend groà und durch profilierte Rillen in der Oberfläche auch grifffest, so dass die Bürste gut in der Hand liegtBis auf die Metallborsten, ist das gesamte Gerät komplett aus Kunststoff. I have the slicker brush with the metal tips so wanted to try this out one, this def feels more gentle than the other one but this is mainly for short hair pers. Mine gets medium to long so in those moments the slicker hair brushes are better than this one. The mechanism to remove the hair is great just retract the pins and you can easily pull it out. My tip for brushes that don’t have this mechanism is to take a comb and run that through the brush to get all the hair out

Die Bürste macht einen wertigen Eindruck. Dem Hund gefällt die “Massage” und bleibt dabei ruhigu nd entspannt. Bei Jack Russel ist diese eher nutzlos, beim COllie aber genial. Langhaarige Hunde profitieren richtig davon, ebenso die leichte Entnahme der Haare aus der Bürste.Für Hunde mit langen Haaren eine klare Kaufempfehlung
