Very Dissapointing!
I purchased this Annke Camera, as I own the Nova Orion Pan/Tilt models, which are still going strong after several years of 24/7 usage. What a disappointment this camera has turned out to be!Firstly, this is a WIFI only camera, so the Annke mobile App must be downloaded to configure this camera. Downloaded the app OK and ran through the configuration wizard, by the numbers. The camera connected to the WIFI OK but had problems connecting to the (cloud) server. I checked my WIFI router to ensure everything was allowed out, and re-attempted the configuration wizard – the camera then refused to connect to the WIFI itself. WIFI signal was 5-bars! No problem, I hot the reset button for 1 second, to take the camera back to the WIFI code point â no joy. Factory reset the camera and started from scratch â no joy. After several factory resets/re-runs of the configuration Wizard, the camera still refused to connect. I then attempted to connect to an alternate WIFI router/SSID, but had the same issue. At this point, the mobile App timed out and signed me out, and it then refused to let me login again to the App. Phone reboot, etc and mobile app still refused to accept my credentials.Several hours later, I gave up on both the camera and the mobile app and returned the camera for a refund.Maybe I got a dud Camera, but with the mobile App and camera both playing up – mmmmm, I don’t think so!

Doesn’t seem to work with new phone
This camera was bought to replace an old one of a different make, but when I went to load the app I was told it was NOT compatible with my phone (Samsung S23ultra) luckily I still have my Note 9 which it works OK with, hence only 3 stars, I have emailed support, so if it’s sorted I’ll update the feedback.

Fabulous product
Bought this to keep an eye on our new dog while we are out. Easy to set up, works really well and the intercom is great for telling him to lie down or go to bed. Would not be without it now it’s a fabulous product.

Broke after 2 week
Excellent camera at the start. For the whole 2 weeks Iâve had it. Itâs now not moving when I move the camera on my phone ð¡ð¡ð¡ makes it pointless basically!!!!!!!Was great until it just broke down !!!

Ich habe bereits einige Produkte Annke, auch aus dem höherpreisigen Bereich und war immer sehr zufrieden.Nun war ich auf der Suche nach einer Dome-Kamera für den Indoor Bereich zur Remote-Ãberwachung unseres Gästezimmers, wenn der Enkel zu Besuch ist.Bei einem Preis von knapp 30 ⬠war ich Anfangs etwas irritiert, wurde aber ganz schnell von der sehr guten Qualität überzeugt.Die Kamera wird sehr hochwertig und sicher verpackt geliefert.In der Packung befinden sich:- die Kamera- Montagezubehör (FuÃ, Schrauben)- Ein Steckernetzteil 5V / 1A (USB)- Das Anschlusskabel- Eine Kurzanleitung in deutsch und englischDie Einrichtung im heimischen Netzwerk hat dank der deutschen Kurzanleitung keine 5 Minuten gedauert und schon war Bild und Ton auf dem Smartphone zu empfangen.App laden, installieren, Konto einrichten, Kamerasuche starten, fertig. Super!Die Bildqualität ist absolut ausreichend, vor allem wenn der Raum relativ dunkel ist erkennt man immer noch alle Details.Funktionen wie Bewegungserkennung, Objektverfolgung funktionieren gut, die Aufnahmen sind wirklich Klasse.Bei Bedarf kann man die entsprechenden Push Meldungen aktivieren.Die Steuerung der Schwenk- / Neigefunktion ist kinderleicht, über Bildschirm oder auch über die OSD-Buttons.Wir werden das kleine praktische Gerät nun ausgiebig testen.Was wir bislang gesehen haben, hat uns mehr als überzeugt!

Einrichtung und Bedienung keine Probleme. Die “Menschliche Erkennung” ist allerdings eine Katastrophe. Wenn die eingeschaltet wird, läuft die Aufzeichnung ohne Unterbrechung.
