improvements after 2 weeks
I mainly wanted to try this supplement to improve my skin and hair, I can’t really comment how it affects nails since I do gels on a regular basis.I started noticing slight improvements after about a week but didn’t connect it to these capsules since it could have been hormonal changes too, but about 2 weeks into taking these my skin has been less oily on the forehead and cheeks but still quite bad around the nose area and it hasn’t gotten oilier so I would contribute that to the ingredients.I also still get breakouts but it is maybe one pimple instead of 10 a day and I’ve had days when I didn’t breakout at all, which hasn’t happened in years so I’m really hopeful that this can improve my skin issues that got much worse since coming off BC.The ingredients are a mix of things good for skin, nails and hair, it is beneficial to take collagen along with this because of the pro-collagen factors such as glycine, hyaluronic acid and vitamin c and other compounds found in or related to collagen and its production.
