Better than other Dash cams which cost a lot more.
I’m a great believer in Dashcams, having a few close calls on motorways which if the dashcam hadn’t been installed my insurance company would have paid out at my expense.I’ve had the Dash cam for 4 weeks now, it was a replacement for a Nextbase 512, (The battery had died and wouldn’t fire up).Installation was straight forward as I used the existing cables, programming was pretty simple, very similar to the Nextbase file structure.Operations, the Dashcam kicks as I start driving, initial showing the speed then the screen saver comes to life, I’ve downloaded footage and the picture quality is in my opinion equal to, if not better than the 512, the screen is slightly larger than the Nextbase, giving clear crisp images.Overall I prefer the MASIGO A330 to the 512, so much so I’m buying a 2nd 1 for the daughters car.

Iâm quite happy with my purchase. This is a very nice, high-quality dashcam(s). The video quality (of both front and back cameras) is really great. The camera is easy to install, the setup is straight forward especially with the accompanying app. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality dashcams.InstallationThe camera comes with two cables, one connecting the front camera to the power, one connecting front and back camera. We routed the cables along the front windshield behind the side airbag and back along the top inside the door frames. Both front and back camera come with very good adhesive and are easily attached to the windshield. The total installation took about 40min.One really neat feature of this camera is that the front cables connect to the base and not the camera itself. This allows for an easier adjustment of the camera after installation, without having to worry about the cables and tucking them away again.SetupWe had several dashcams before, and the setup is always a bit tedious. This camera is no different when setting things up directly from the front display. However, the camera comes with a very simple companion app, which allows very easy setup over WiFi.Video QualityAnother aspect where this dashcam shines is the video quality. Both front and rear cameras capture very high quality videos at 1080p @ 60FPS. You barely notice any motion blur. (see pictures)Additional goodiesThe camera comes with a built-in GPS, and speed meter. While driving, the camera automatically switches into a HUD displaying primarily the speed meter, for minimal distractions. You turn the HUD off in the menu if you prefer to see the camera images.Overall very happy with our purchase. Highly recommend if you’re looking for high-quality dashcams.

This is a great camera. I installed both front and back camera in my Subaru and the installation process was super easy and very quickCamera comes with installation guide which is extremely well written and super easy to understandThereâs wires included in the packaging for both front and back cameras. The wires are long enough to fit Sedan cars as well as Super big SUV carsI really liked that this camera has a functionality to auto adjust time based on daylight savings time. I have 1 less clock to worry about now when daylight saving time changes hahaThis camera also shows speed when the car is in motion. So if someone on the passenger seat wants to know the speed they can just look at the camera. This is a really cool feature as while the camera is recording in the background, itâs actually showing information on the screen thatâs helpful for passengers. This is genius. I havenât seen this in other dash camerasIn my opinion after using this camera for a while, this is the best dash camera a customer can buy on Amazon

Overall 1 star because it’s not a heat and cold resistant dash cam. live in Oklahoma where the heat was 102°F the hottest it’s been so far in June. The dashcam worked fine until the heat came in and it didn’t last very long to say at the least. It will turn on and record for a few seconds then shuts off for and indefinite amount of times before it does the same thing. Also over the past couple of days The back camera i noticed had a vhs style of lines on the screen which only on the back camera. But today the camera is cooked. I formated the sd card, un plugged it, and put it in rice, questioned my life, (okay not actually that one but you get it) and the thing still won’t turn on or record. I am disappointed I wasted $120 on something that’s only functional in the winter months.
