Good for aiding digestion
Quick delivery and well packaged. I thought reasonable price too. I brought them to help with digestion and have some more ‘good’ bacteria in my body. They are a good size to swallow. Not much more I can say on a vitamin tablet! I do find that the Solgar ones are a good ethical/eco choice and most of them are good for veges and vegans
