Rubbish, useless, do not buy!!!
What do you want from headphones: sound, ideally sound from your device, ideally when you need or want it. Unfortunately look elsewhere if this is what you want.These headphones consistently fail to connect or think they are connected but don’t play sound or one side plays sound, or they play really quietly, or they disconnect, or they make fuzzy sounds.If it was one of the above maybe you could think it was a single unfortunate issue. If it was consistently one or all of them you could find a work around. The most frustrating part of this is that it is one or two of the issues at seemingly random times.I have spent time researching, lots of advise but sometimes the advice works, mostly it doesn’t. Sennheiser have a basically non existent customer service.I do not have lots of money, this was quite a special treat for myself and it has been incredibly disappointing.

Amazing battery life and quality sound
To start off with most aspects of this product are very good, the sound quality is excellent with crisp highs good mids and deep lows, no muddled bass, the volume isn’t as loud as AirPods for example but it’s high enough to deliver loud music without hurting your ears, with no distortion on high volumes. The battery life is absurdly long, I charge these once every 3 weeks and even then the charge has never dipped below 25%, with daily use during commutes on high volume. Fitment is good with 3 different sizes of tips to use, it’s important to experiment with these as I found the medium tips can cause pain for my ears, whereas the large size fits better and causes no pain or discomfort with long wear time, I settled on using a medium tip on one and a large tip on the other because apparently my ears are a little different. Noise cancellation on these is good enough for me personally, I use them in busy town centers and have no problems whatsoever, and the transparency feature while in a call or activating Siri can be very useful to hear what people are saying. Sometimes the left side will not connect, this has happened once in the 2 months I’ve been using them, with a simple solution of placing both buds in the case, holding them both down with fingers for 40 seconds, and then using them, this fixed the issue immediately, this occurs because the right bud connects to the phone and the left bud, and sometimes the right cannot connect to the left. They are a little large, but don’t look obnoxious or strange at all while In the ears, I would prefer a smaller case or perhaps a more flat case, as the rectangular shape of the case can make it awkward to store in pockets. Overall I am very pleased with the product, with very minimal issues during use, and a good rich sound with long lasting battery.

Not as good as expected
The sound quality is good, not amazing but good enough for earbuds. The problem is with charging – sometimes one of the buds doesn’t charge. I came across some difficulties with connection to my phone.

A must have..
Bought these quite a while back, maybe even a year, I can tell you. These really are fantastic. The sound quality is amazing so is the battery. In fact when the battery gets low you literally on have to pop them back in the case for 10 mins and you’ve got a good couple of hours more battery, I know some earbuds claim this but these have never let me down. I’m so impressed. I’ve purchased a LOT of earbuds here on Amazon and I’ve come to realise it really makes a huge difference buying a fantastic product that no doubt costs quite a bit more but it’s so worth it. I have 2 pairs of Sennheiser and plan on buying the new range soon.I will forever be a fan of Sennheiser. They are a fabulous creator of music to the ears!

Bence anlatmaya gerek yok bu kulaklığı ama ben yinede biraz bahsetmek istiyorum.İlk öncelikle bazı kişiler kulaklığın sesinin az olduğunu söylemiş arkadaşlar kulaklığın sesini az bulanların kulağında sorun olduğunu düşünüyorum.Baslar yerinde çok tatlı özellikle midler aşırı net.Sennheiser kullandıktan sonra başka marka bir kulaklığa geçince aşırı kalite düşüşü oluyor. Mtw3 Mtw4 kullanan birisi olarak sadece baslar bu modelde biraz az kalmış ama kesinlikle şikayet edilecek bir bas yok.Kulaklığın ses karakteri kesinlikle tebrik edilecek seviyede sesten anlayan kişilerin kullanacağı bir kulaklık.Eksileri olarak kulaklıklar biraz fazla büyük ha çok rahatlar ben sorun yaşamadım ama çok büyük görünüyorlar.Sonuç olarak bu fiyata best kulaklık budur diğer markalara saçma sapan özelliklerinden dolayı bu fiyatları vermenin bir anlamı yok.Fiyatını sonuna kadar hakediyor bu kulaklık.Amazona teşekkür ediyorum.Amazondan şaşmayın.

This ear piece is a very bad product in terms of Bluetooth connectivity. I bought product first back in 2023,. Then due to Bluetooth issues , I bought a second one in November 2024. So I have decided not to bother anyone
