I am old school in that I still have an extensive collection of CD’s some ripped from downloads and a great many originals…I have always been a fan of the clean sound of CDs, so I have never been tempted to go back to Vinyl as many have…My first portable CD player was the original Sony Discman and what a beast that was…So I took the option of taking this portable CD player and teaming it up with my collection of Bluetooth speakers…By using the earphone jack and connecting a 3.5 mm cable between it and the 3.5 mm port on my Harman Kardan GO Play +3.The SQ was excellent with plenty of punchy bass, and nice clean, crisp detailed mids and high frequencies, you also have a 6-mode EQ which I set to the BBS setting,the vocals came in clean and clear, and the instruments came with clear definition.All the 11 function buttons found on the front surrounding the LCD display are all of a good size and are clearly marked for easy use.The LCD display is crammed with info from track length/Remaining,EQ setting,and battery indicator among them…You also have the option of using the player in your car either via a 3.5 mm connection/Bluetooth/FM…You can also use the TF card slot to record your CD’s to a SD card …In the box comes a set of headphones.3.5 mm cableAnd as the player comes with a rechargeable battery you get a USB-A-USB-C charging cable.And a carrying case and also a proper user manual with clear and concise instructions on how to use the player to its best.You get a lot on top of the CD player what with its in-home and in-car use,to good quality accessoriesBut most important the crisp clear sound of CD’s , so dust of your collection and join me.

Suitable as a basic CD player with easy controls but offers so much more
This review is for the item described as âKLIM Journey + Portable CD Player Walkman with Long-Lasting Battery + NEW + with Headphones + Radio FM + Compatible MP3 CD Player Portable + SD Card, FM Transmitter, Bluetooth + Ideal for Carsâ.I was excited to receive this portable CD player and see just how simple it would be to operate so I used my octogenarian mum as a test subject to see if she could use it. I set it up for her, simply by connecting her wireless Beats Solo headphones which was effortless, then showed her how to open it to load the CD, and ran through the basic controls including stop, skip, and volume. I also showed her the EQ button and how she could cycle through the different settings. She likes jazz and classic, so she could choose which setting best suits what sheâs listening to. She didnât need to touch any of the other controls. She has lots of CDs but in recent years hasnât been able to listen to them as my dad doesnât like having music on in the house and as they have both got more elderly, she seldom has the house to herself. Having the wireless option is great as she can leave the CD player sitting on the kitchen work counter while she makes the dinner or does some housework without disturbing him.I really wanted a basic CD player, and this ticks all the boxes but if you want bells, whistles and lots of other features and functions, you have that too. Itâs lightweight, the sound quality is superb to my ears, it doesnât skip when you move it, comes with great wired headphones (although we prefer to use our wireless ones), and really the only thing I would change is to have the display brighter. It dims quickly so in order to see the display with my middle-aged eyes, I have to alter the volume or press another button to make the display bright enough again to check what track number Iâm on for example.I havenât tested it in the car – Iâm coming at this as a not very techy person who just wants to occasionally listen to some old CDs that arenât on Spotify. Iâm delighted with this. There is a fun leaflet bit of nonsense in the box which gives me a warm and fuzzy feeling towards the company, a case, all the cables you need and a five year warranty. Iâm happy to recommend and might even let my mum use it once in a while!

weirdly out dated but useful
A strange item. Useful in the car if you want to access your old CDs (so probably for any of us ‘nearly middle aged’ folk. The CD doesn’t skip however and connecting to blue tooth was easy. It is however a little niche as so many now using a streaming service and have no need for the CDs. but it is good for children’s stories and other things you get on CDs not as readily available on streaming platforms. Its a reasonable price but not a well known make so that might put people off. I don’t think anyone uses wired headphones now either so that bit lets it down slightly too. Generally ok, but might be an item you ‘forget’ you own after a while and shove in a cupboard.

Fantastic machine
I am super pleased with this KLIM. As I’m writing this it is playing a CD via Bluetooth through our hi fi system. Sounds fantastic.The device itself is mechanically quiet, I can only hear it operating in between tracks because it’s literally right beside me.I’m amazed that I can pick this unit up while it’s playing and handle it quite roughly trying to emulate a four wheel drive car on rough terrain. I don’t understand how it hasn’t skipped at all!The functions available like the equaliser etc all work very well and even the volume control works over the Bluetooth connection absolutely fine. I don’t have to touch the amp. Perfect for us. Very convenient.

I still have a ton of CDs I bought back in the 90’s era. Sure, most of them could be streamed from Amazon Music or Spotify nowadays, but there is still a pretty good percentage of them which can not be found anywhere. That’s why I’m glad I never got rid of them. But mostly they’re just there, sitting in a box, being unused.Now this portable CD player will give them a new life. I never owned a portable CD player back then, so the experience is new. Using it is very simple. Pop in a CD, press the play button. That’s all there is to it. You have several options as for the sound output. You can plug to an audio device, such as desktop computer speakers, via an AUX cable included, you can pair it to Bluetooth speaker or headphones, you can also broadcast to a private FM station for any radio to pick up in your home or in your car, and of course, you can plug the included earbuds in. Talking about these, I’m impressed by the quality. They sound great, much better than the average earbuds you’re used to. The CD player is not limited to playing CDs, it can also tune in to local FM stations. The tuner seems to be nice, as long as the earbuds are plugged in to serve as antenna. You can easily scan for stations, and save your favorites. One extra nice feature is the ability to save the music tracks of your CD to a microSD card. Obviously, this process can be done better using a computer, but nowadays many computers are sold without a CD/DVD player included, making it hard to rip a CD. So a handy feature if you want to have digital tracks for your favorite music. The microSD port also allows you to use this as a classic mp3 player. The manual is multilingual and very well presented. I would have appreciated to have a description of what the abbreviations presented on the screen mean, but mostly, they can be guessed. I had a bit of trouble to connect to my Bluetooth headphones first, even following instructions, but when I switched to FM tuner, all of a sudden, the Bluetooth worked. Going back to CD player, the Bluetooth connection still worked and was rock solid, so no problem. Having an equalizer to modify the sound is really icing on the cake, but still much appreciated. This is a quality CD player for those who still own a collection. Versatile and recommended!

Ich bemühe mich dennoch, bei meinen Bewertungen so objektiv wie möglich zu sein.Es ist selten geworden, aber ab und zu stöÃt man auf ein Produkt, dass von den Produktdesignern wirklich mit Hingabe und Liebe gestaltet wurde, so wie einst die legendären Apple-Produkte. In diesem Fall hatten wir das Vergnügen, den tragbaren CD-Player “Journey” von KLIM als Testprodukt anfordern zu dürfen.Schon die äuÃere Gestaltung der Produktverpackung in einem edel designten schwarzen Karton ist eine Augenweide. Ãffnet man den Karton, so findet man in einem Mikroschaum-Polsterblock mit passgenauem kreisförmigen Ausschnitt den runden DVD-Player, der mit einem groÃen, gut ablesbarem Display und kreisförmig darum herum angeordneten groÃen und mit gut lesbarer Beschriftung versehenen Tasten ausgestattet ist. Rechts daneben findet sich eine formschöne, ebenfalls runde Hardcase-Transporttasche mit Handschlaufe. In dieser ist das Zubehör enthalten: Ein USB-Ladekabel sowie ein hochwertiger In-Ear-Kopfhörer. Ein USB-Ladegerät wurde nicht beigelegt, ist aber üblicherweise in jedem Haushalt sowieso vorhanden.Sehr positiv fällt die Bedienungsanleitung auf, die im Gegensatz zu den meisten fernöstlichen Elektronikprodukten aus China einwandfrei und perfekt in 5 Sprachen übersetzt ist (deutsch, englisch, französisch, italienisch, spanisch). Die Texte sind ausführlich, leicht verständlich und gut bebildert. Es gibt dazu auch eine Support-e-Mail für jedes dieser Länder! Kontaktadressen für Gewährleistungsfälle gibt es in Hong Kong, England und Irland, wobei Irland für die EU zuständig ist.Sehr lustig ist der Extra-Umschlag mit ein paar netten Gimmicks: Enthalten ist ein Satz Aufkleber sowie in jeder der 5 Sprachen ein netter Comic-Strip, in dem mit einer herrlichen Geschichte beschrieben wird, wie dieses auÃergewöhnliche Produkt “extra für DICH ALS KUNDE DES JAHRHUNDERTS gefertigt und zu Dir gesendet wurde”. Dieser Mini-Comic, der mit viel Freude und Spaà von den Produktdesignern gestaltet wurde, hat mir tatsächlich ein Lächeln auf das Gesicht gezaubert und mir das Produkt besonders sympathisch gemacht. So viel Mühe um ein Produkt geben sich heute wenige Firmen, obgleich der Kostenaufwand – so wie man hier an diesem Beispiel sieht – minimal ist, um aus einem unpersönlichen Massenprodukt ein “besonderes Produkt” zu machen.Doch kommen wir nun zu den “inneren Werten” dieses CD-Players: Der Player spielt herkömmliche Musik-CD`s ab, aber auch MP3-CD`s. Ebenso ist es möglich, Speicherkarten (bis maximal 64 GB) zu verwenden und die darauf abgespeicherten MP3-Lieder zu spielen. Es gibt darüberhinaus eine Programmiermöglichkeit sowie die Möglichkeit, den Klang mittels 5 voreingestellten Klangeinstellungen zu beeinflussen.GroÃartig ist die zusätzliche Aufnahmefunktion: Hiermit ist es tatsächlich möglich, vom CD-Player abgespielte Lieder auf die Speicherkarte zu speichern (zu digitalisieren)!Weiter ist ein FM-Radioempfänger eingebaut, so dass auch per Radio empfangene Sender gehört werden können.Ein weiteres besonderes Feature ist es, den CD-Player mit externen Geräten (z.B. Autoradio, Bluetooth-Lautsprecher) zu verbinden. Dies funktioniert über Bluetooth; jedoch ist es sogar möglich, über einen eingebauten FM-Sender die Musik an ein Autoradio zu übertragen (was ich jedoch nicht probiert habe).Die Bluetooth-Verbindung zum Abspielen von CD`s und Speicherkarten über das Media-Systems des Autos konnten wir erfolgreich mit einem Dacia Dokker mit MediaNav-System testen. Bei einem aktuellen Mediasystems des Duster III hat es (noch) nicht funktioniert – hier muss ich noch testen, ob das an den Einstellungen liegt. Das Gerät wurde zwar verbunden, aber mein MediaNav konnte die Medienliste nicht auslesen. Da die Software meines aktuellen Duster III aber noch einige Bugs hat, vermute ich den Fehler hier eher bei meinem Auto und nicht beim KLIM-Gerät (auf dem etwas älteren Dacia Dokker funktionierte es einwandfrei).Am CD-Player können per 3,5 mm Klinke 2 Kopfhörer gleichzeitig angeschlossen werden. Ein In-Ear-Kopfhörer liegt bei. Dieser ist auch hochwertiger, als die Billig-Kopfhörer, die es üblicherweise als Standard für einfache Smartphones gibt. Der Klang des beiliegenden Kopfhörers ist kristallklar – aber es fehlen etwas die Bässe (könnte aber auch daran liegen, dass die Kopfhörer einfach nicht gut in meine Ohren passen).SchlieÃe ich einen hochwertigen Kopfhörer von Sennheiser oder Sony an, ist der Klang perfekt: Tiefe Bässe und kristallklare Höhen – und KEIN Rauschen (wie bei einigen anderen Rezensionen hier bemängelt). Wenn man das Rauschen beurteilen will, muss man natürlich auch eine CD einlegen, die digital aufgenommen und gemastert wurde (“DDD”) und darf keine analoge und nur digital remasterte CD (“AAD”) verwenden.Alles in Allem ein wirklich tolles und gelungenes Produkt, das idazu ein sehr sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis hat! Sehr gerne gebe ich hier 5 Sterne und würde gerne noch ein Smiley und ein Herz hinzufügen für das Herzblut, das die Produktdesigner hier investiert haben, um anstatt eines anynomen Massenproduktes ein persönliches Produkt mit sehr wohl gefälligem Produktdesign zu machen.

Estoy encantado con el reproductor de KLIM Journey y eso que no he usado todas sus capacidades.Se supone que es una versión moderna de los Walkman de los 80’s o 90’s, pero es mucho más y a un precio muy razonable.Este es el gadget perfecto para aquellos que tengan una colección de CD por ahà guardada y que le apetece volver a escuchar música con la calidad que se merece. SÃ, que los archivos MP3, wap o música por streaming es muy conveniente en términos de espacio y cantidad, pero no hay color cuando se comparan las mismas canciones en formato digital y fÃsico. Algunos dirán que hay grabaciones lossless de 96 MHZ 48 o más bits y tal, pero seamos honestos, sólo un % muy pequeño utiliza esa calidad y además se requiere de equipos sofisticados que pueden costar un ojo de la cara…En cambio por algo más de 54⬠tienes un equipo portátil, ligero, de buena calidad que te va a poner una sonrisa en la cara cada vez que lo uses.Sobre la experiencia de uso, puedo decir que me ha sorprendido. Es fácil de usar, es intuitivo, una vez abres la tapa, carga los CD en pocos segundos, puedes pausar, adelantar y retroceder sin problemas.Mi primera prueba fue con un disco de Michael Jackson (Thriller) y fue teletransportarme ami adolescencia unos cuantos años atrás……. Pero para bien ;)Los auriculares que trae digamos que están bien para empezar, se escucha nÃtido aunque a un volumen un poco bajo. Tampoco se puede pedir más por el precio que piden. Se puede decir que cumplen. De hecho si buscáis el modelo de éstos en Amazon anda entre 12 y 15â¬, pero lo más importante es que tienen muchas reseñas positivas.Pero como en casa tengo algunos de alta resolución es ahà cuando de verdad se notó el salto de calidad con respecto a la música streaming normal. También ayudó con el tema del volumen.Por si fuera poco, tiene 2 salidas de audio para auriculares o altavoces auto amplificador con clavija de 3,5 mm, perfecto para disfrutar en pareja o montar una fiesta (retro supongo ;)Además tiene Bluetooth con lo cual lo puedes emparejar con lo que quieras.Otra cosa que ya han comentado otras personas, es que se puede emparejar con ela radio del coche, ya sea por Bluetooth pero que si por lo que sea no puedes (algunos coches no lo reconoce), te queda la opción de hacerlo con la conexión FM ya que puede emitir en esa frecuencia. Ahh casi se me olvida que con un cable con clavijas macho de 3,5 mm en ambos extremos (no incluido) para conectar con la entrada auxiliar, con lo cual es casi imposible no poder conectarlo a cualquier equipo de audio.No he podido comprobar la duración de la baterÃa, pero he podido escuchar 4 CD de unos 60 minutos cada uno y sin problema. Aparte tiene conexión USB-C es fácil cargarlo en cualquier momento.Otra cosa muy importante a tener en cuenta es su capacidad de grabación. Se puede pasar música de los CD a una tarjeta de memoria. Esto es genial porque ya la mayorÃa de las laptop’s no tienen lectores de CD y tengo unos cuantos que me gustarÃa tener en el ordenador para escuchar en el trabajo.Otro detalle importante, es que viene con su estuche de transporte. Está bien hecho. Por fuera es medio rÃgido y por dentro es más suave y con espacio para el reproductor y un bolsillo para sus accesorios (cables y auriculares)Me podrÃa pasar horas escribiendo más cosas del KLIM Journey, pero voy a dejar que lo descubras por tu cuenta! Le recenti tecnologie hanno reso i lettori di CD obsoleti per ascoltare la musica, al punto da renderli oramai introvabili si qualsiasi dispositivo in commercio, PC, notebook console, ormai tutto viene prodotto e fornito senza lettori CD. Questo però non significa che non serva averne uno in alcuni contesti!Questo é un lettore CD completo di molte altre funzioni, tra cui radio FM, lettore di memorie SD, si collega al bluetooth e wifi, ha un jack per le cuffie e/o dispositivi hi-fi e un altro jack per connetterlo ad una antenna. Può fingere anche da registratore vocale.Mia figlia a scuola frequenta le lezioni di inglese le quali per i compiti deve ascoltare dei CD, quale miglior occasione per averne uno in casa?Hai una collezione di CD che un giorno vorrai riascoltare, ma come farai senza un lettore?I materiali di questo oggetto sono buoni, i tasti sono un po’ esposti sul coperchio e possono essere premuti accidentalmente se riposto in una borsa/zaino ma c’è il tasto di blocco sul retro. La riproduzione dell’audio é fedele e consuma poca batteria.Viene fornito con tutti i cavi necessari e una comoda bag semirigida per riporlo e trasportarlo, presenti anche gommini di ricambio per gli auricolari.Ci siamo trovati più che bene con questo oggetto.
