Cheap product
This is an over-rated product in my opinion. To begin, it does not connect to the app, which is poorly designed, and I could not get the ‘light’ on the front of the mask to light up. Then, the filters did not fit properly and could not snap into place (you will see on YouTube, someone else had problems with this). I take full responsibility for purchasing this product and encourage others to look elsewhere when deciding on a reusable mask!

The app doesn’t exist
The mask fits fine, but there’s literally no app for you to connect your phone to. Both Android and iOS apps are no longer available through search, or following links on the AirPop website. Not that it’s even easy to find information about the Active+ on their own website, in the first place!

Overall disappointed
Fantastic mask I have heart and lung disease so am made exempt . I can actually manage to wear this mask and function for short period of time.However I am returning the mask as it is totally unable yo pair with my phone, and I also purchased extra filters but there are no instructions as to where you are supposed to place them within the main mask . Overall I have been left really disappointed as for the price I paid for the function of it , mainly doesn’t work.

Terrible
I wasted my money on this . The biggest thing for me is the fit, its terrible. I am not giant alien or anything but it just seem to fit really only to the face and doesn’t quite come aroundUnder the chin. The concept is great but work needs to be done on it , I cant even return it now as I used it on a business trip to give it a real world try out. Overall very disappointed.

ErstDass App ,lass mich nicht weiter ,zum Registrieren, gebe meine Teilnummer ,drücke auf weiter ,und das was mehr passiert nicht , ,zweites der Sensor wird nicht im Bluetooth gefunden .Das ist nur Schrott .Leute kauft diese Maske nicht ,ist nicht wert ,fast 80 euro für Müll ,häufe Verpackung, Kartons und MüllNormal muss die Hersteller vorbeikommen den Müll abholen und mein Geld zurückgeben !!!!!

Alors bien reçu le masque l emballage conforme à la commande et à la description mais là où c est vraiment pas top c est la synchronisation le module Bluetooth se synchronise pas correctement vous pouvez pousser sur le bouton syncro de l application a plusieurs reprises pour avoir une synchronisation et quand cela fonctionne c est complètement erronée en plus la batterie après 2 jours d utilisation la batterie cr1632 3v est vide aux prix des batteries le masque fait cher en plus après 6 semaines d utilisation les contours du masque se déchirent l élastique se déchire !!! Voyez les photos moi qui pensait avoir trouver le masque idéal aux vus des commentaires laissés et ce que j ai lu sur internet je suis largement déçu !!! Et aux prix demande je m attendais franchement à beaucoup mieux

Advertisement falsely states the mask is IOS compatible and connects to an app. However, it is difficult to find the app and the app may not even be available, which renders the product no different than the mask without the feature. You will be paying extra for nothing and Amazon customer service was not helpful in resolving, or acknowledging, the misrepresentation.
