Does the job
Other people’s reviews helped me to choose this product as most were favourable. This product is great for me as I am elderly and haven’t the energy I once had. It performs and cleans well. Of course it can’t get into the corners – it’s the wrong shape, but even I have the energy to wipe the corners. And sometimes it leaves a mark when removed from the window – probably I should have changed the pads sooner. It occasionally misses a bit of window, but you can redirect it with the remote. I do think it’s a bit awkward to grasp but overall I think it’s good and a great help for me.

Not suitable for glass cleaning
This device can not move on horizontal straight line and goes down with a slope when moving right.Also the spray nozzles are not spraying but flushing water which make the cleaning more difficult when they return for the second time to clean.This is a technical issue and should be considered by the manufacturer.

Brilliant
It cleans with virtually no effort from me, apart from sticking it on a window. My only criticism is my flat hasn’t got anywhere suitable to tie the safety rope to so I have to stand and hold it while the little robot does it’s stuff.

Wish I’d bought this sooner
Takes a while to get the knack of this but once you have it’s excellent. It’s not going to be as good as a professional person cleaning your windows but it’s pretty darn good (obviously it can’t get right into the corners because the pads are round).I only use this device on the inside of windows. For best results I spray the window sparingly with smear free window spray (I use HG Glass & Mirror Cleaner) then set the machine to go using the “up” auto pattern. Wait for it to finish then run it again. Hey presto, sparkling windows. Sometimes doesn’t get hard bits stuck on the window. If I get any hard bits I scrape them off then run it again.

Disappointing
It sort of works but trickier than I expected. The leads and tie rope get in the way a bit and it really struggles with edges of things. The guide book is pretty poor. I have no idea when it is dry cleaning and when it is spraying water as the instructions donât anywhere tell you what the lights mean! No instructions about how to use on horizon surfaces. Also tried on a kitchen worktop and it couldnât cope with the edges. Gets stuck a lot so you really have to stay with it. Putting it together is not quite as easy as it implies. The wheel on which you put cleaning cloth is tricky to fix. No instructions as to whether there is a proper way to put it on. I was in danger of breaking it as you had to push quite hard to get it on. Iâve not given up on it – worked ok in the shower room where we have large panels that need cleaning. Realistically you canât just leave it. I recently bought a ECOVACS robotic vacuum cleaner which is excellent- set it going and it does the job. This device requires you to be close by. Still it was good for upstairs outside windows. For me worked best in manual mode – automatic modes just kept getting stuck at an edge or corner.

Good little window cleaner.
I have an older x5 model that I have had for years. This is miles better, has edge detection and cleaner dispenser. The only downside is it can’t do the corners of the window and the way it moves can also miss a bit at the very top and bottom of the windows. Cleans the rest of the window very well.

Ero scettico quando l’ho comprato perché avevo paura fosse una ciofeca invece funziona davvero bene e l’uso è abbastanza semplice.Premetto che non ci sono pulsanti di comando sul robot, ma solo quello di accensione, quindi il tutto si comanda con il telecomando. Le istruzioni sono molto chiare e ci sono tutti gli accessori necessari: panni di ricambio, un dosatore e manualistica.Nelle istruzioni c’è scritto che il robot va agganciato al bastone delle tende in caso di caduta: a me è successo solo una volta e l’ho preso al volo perché lo avevo appena messo al vetro ma malamente in quanto poi non è più successo.Se non avete nessun posto dove agganciarlo mettete cuscini a terra.Comunque il robot si aggancia al vetro tramite aspirazione dopo di che con movimenti a zigzag va sempre più in alto e poi in basso. Quando finisce si ferma.Spruzza l’acqua presente nel serbatoio inserendola tramite il dosatore e consiglio l’aggiunta di aceto o alcol.C’è la batteria ma dura poco secondo me, è sempre meglio collegarlo alla presa elettrica. Comunque pulisce bene i vetri, l’unico difetto che ha è che gli angoli non riesce a farli perché la spazzola è rotonda
