First thing to do is download the app, once done then link the camera to the app via the QR code on it. The process was very easy, even for us old folk. Bought this to replace an old camera,which in the day I thought was very good. This new one has so many more features on it and would have multi uses around the home, baby sitting,pet minding,although in my case it’s to do with home security . The clarity is good enough to identify an intruder even at night, love how you can both listen and speak via the camera, hopefully that alone would make someone think twice about breaking in. It has the option of tracking a target, human or pet. We find the system very reassuring especially when we’re on holiday , it’s very easy to install, just need to be close to a plug but it is supplied with a good length of lead. So many features considering the price, brilliant value for money. Great bit of kit with so many uses, highly recommended.

Absolutely incredible toddler monitor
Forget what you knew about the cheap Chinese monitors you might have had before – this one absolutely blows them out of the water.
AOSU seem to be making a name for themselves as an affordable security provider – PTZ cameras, doorbells etc are all over Amazon. This one is 4MP (UHD) monitor we bought for our toddler’s room to replace a creaky BT baby monitor. And wow, 1/4 the price, 4x the quality.
The picture is rich and colourful. The motion tracking snappy and quick to follow us around the room. The app is responsive and fast, and incredibly easy to customise. There’s some weird features – I’m not sure why I would need to disguise my voice as “uncle” or “clown” (THE ONLY TWO OPTIONS?) when talking through it, but whatever – you can turn those off. Similarly, you can use it for video calls to your phone – and this can be simply switched off.
Equipping it with a micro SD card (not included) will allow you to constantly record or record key movement moments. Notifications can also be customised.
For the price, the value is absolutely outstanding. Training a toddler to ignore it is going to be a challenge, but I appreciate that’s not the product’s responsibility.

I purchased two of these cameras, as they are really great, but one stopped working, after over a year , so I asked for help on the app, the customer service, was absolutely amazing, and so helpful, but the camera would not still connect, an amazing lady called JULIE, contacted me through the AOSU APP, customer service, she apologised for any inconvenience, she organised and sent me a new camera, as a replacement, absolutely outstanding service, cannot recommend enough, Brilliant products, Company and Service, a big thank you to JULIE, outstanding.

Easy to set up.
I’m an oldy and not a PC technical person, but I just followed the simple instructions and setup was easy. I had just updated my wifi and this particular camera was more suitable. Because the device is small, I have it at my bedroom window facing my front gate and find the cameras movement fantastic. I get notifications when its alerted to movement and I can pause it, at certain times of the day. I’m really impressed and it’s perfect for it’s intended purpose. The photos are clear and the on-light acts as a deterent even if it’s on pause. Im not up-to-date with its capacity, as yet, but delete non important photos….one step at a time, but ill get there. 😅 I’m very pleased with my purchase. 😁

Caméra mise dans notre maison, au niveau du salon, qui permet de surveiller les éventuelles intrusions. De plus le bouton appel nous permet de pouvoir laisser les enfants à l’intérieur tout en étant a l’extérieur dans le jardin et qu’il puisse nous appeler dès qu’ils en ont besoin. La caméra nous appelle alors directement et nous pouvons communiquer ensemble. Cela remplace un téléphone ! Idéal !
L’installation fut très facile, l’application mobile aussi.
Sur l’application nous avons à la fois les caméras extérieures Aosu et la caméra intérieure Aosu.
La qualité de la video est très bien ce qui permet de voir les détails sur les vidéos, de pouvoir zoomer, balayer la pièce.
Le mode suivi de personne est également appréciable.
Les notifications en cas de mouvements dans la maison sont assez pertinentes.
Bref nous sommes satisfaits de cet achat !

La cámara funciona bastante bien, detecta muy bien los movimientos, esto lo puedes configurar dependiendo de donde la pongas y que quieres que detecte, animales, humanos etc. Puedes colocarla, en una superficie plana, en el techo o en un trípode pequeño, como es en mi caso. Puedes guardar los videos en una tarjeta, subirlos a la nube o si no quieres esas dos opciones, cuando detecte un movimiento y veas en directo puedes grabar directamente en la galería del móvil, dándole a una pequeña cámara que tienes debajo de lo que estas viendo. En la parte de movimiento, puedes configurarlo fácilmente con varias opciones. Tiene visión nocturna en blanco y negro, bastante nítida y muy buenas visión, con las luces apagadas. En cuanto al vendedor un 10 por el servicio al cliente. En general mea gustado todo de la camara.
